Beckman Remodeling

BEWARE! We hired Cory Beckman and had an awful experience. We hired him for a condo remodel 6/10/2020. He asked for half the money, which we paid the next day. He said he was busy but assured us he’d complete project by end of a July. By mid October he still hadn’t done anything. We fired him Nov 3rd as it was very clear he wasn’t able to complete our job. All he had done by that time was framed a small wall. We asked for some of our money back as we paid him a substantial amount. He said he wasn’t going to give us any money back. We don’t want this to happen to anyone else!

Rescheduled 4 times for a consultation and still no showed me on our scheduled time and date. Day of, and very short notice on canceling.

Cory was great to work with! Mom choose him for her bath remodel, and she was very happy with the results. She said Cory and everyone of the workers that came over had patience working with an "old, deaf lady". They wrote her notes, and checked with her every step of the way. She took their suggestions on safety, quality products and general improvements. She is thrilled with the quality work they all did. Well worth the money! We definitely recommend Beckman Remodeling.

We hired Cory Beckman and Beckman Remodeling to do a master suite for us. He did an exceptional job. We love the finished project, and we enjoyed working with Cory. He explained the process so we knew what to expect, and he was very clear on allowances and costs. He was often on the property, so we always felt like we were a priority. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with, and he communicates quickly. We also liked his subcontractors -- everyone was extremely professional, and we never felt uncomfortable with any of them. Cory also helped us fix a few other things around the house (not related to the master suite project), and when a tree fell on our garage and knocked out our power, he helped us find tree guys and an electrician. He went above and beyond, and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

We were very pleased with the remodeling work that Beckman Remodeling did for us. The workmanship was excellent and we would hire him again.

Cory did a complete remodel of our bathroom and was great to work with. He's very focused on making sure the customer is happy and he does quality work. With only one bathroom in the house, we especially appreciated that he made sure we had a functioning toilet during the remodel. In addition to doing a great job and having a positive attitude, Cory's pricing is very competitive. I would definitely recommend him!

Cory remodeled our kitchen and two bathrooms. The kitchen included new quartz counter tops, glass tile back splash, under counter lighting, sink, faucet, and vinyl floor. The bathrooms included new tile in showers, new tub, tile floor, vinly floor, new vanities and sinks, and new lighting. He worked well with us in implementing changes, was very professional, and cleaned up daily. The end result is beautiful and we are very satisfied.

I highly recommend Beckman remodeling for any remodeling project, small or large. Cory was great to work with, provided recommendations that would look great but remain with in our budget, and also finished in a timely manner. His preferred vendors all had plenty of options to choose from, and Cory was very flexible in accommodating to what we were looking for, whereas, the larger companies seemed to come in and only want to do things their way. We redid our kitchen and it looks fantastic! We will plan to hire Cory for an future jobs as well

February 2016 We recently had a basement remodeled into a bathroom and laundry room by Beckman Remodeling. We couldn’t recommend Corey Beckman more highly. He was able to understand and visualize what we wanted to be done and then improve upon it. He met each challenge with imagination and expertise. Most importantly to us, Corey and his crew showed up when they said they would and finished the project on time. We were more than satisfied with the results and recommend Beckman Remodeling without exception.

Cory and his employees cut a new window into our kitchen wall and replaced decking on our front porch. He started and finished the job on time and cleaned up afterwards. His workmanship was good and I would highly recommend him.
