Unfortunately Sergio and Matt Galli did an extensive renovation on our home. The job was a disaster from the start. Site cleanliness was poor, neighbors alienated. A long list shoddy work including: 1.Basement excavation apparently did not include waterproofing despite that being paid for so constant water leaks in multiple locations. 2.Windows not sealed and installed poorly. 3.Roofing poorly completed, eavestroughs not connected to downspouts, poor venting so water damming and exterior vents left uncovered. 4.Painting poor – in many cases one coat and in some cases just primer. 5.Flooring uneven despite renovation back to brick level i.e., a complete gut. 6.Plastering and painting not completed. 7.Subcontractors used and destroyed owners’ property. 8.Subcontractors calling asking for money because they were not paid by Sergio and or Matt. 9.Matt was responsible for site supervision never oversaw work so frequent re-dos needed and numerous errors. 10.Installed damaged products i.e., front door had major gouges in it; not replaced. 11.Always delays, often extensive delays. 12.Would only fix their mistakes if extra money was paid. 13.Walked off job once paid and refused to return to fix their errors. New contractors engaged now to fix and remedy the problems. We would never ever use this company again. Would urge serious caution on any renovation with these people.
