We recently started a small bath remodel. The Bender showroom was our first thought, given the business history. Mr. Dillon Lenihan guided us through the process with product choices and all that goes with any project. The results are very pleasing and we are very happy to have worked with Mr. Dillon Lenihan. I'm remodeling three of my bathrooms and was overwhelmed by the choices and worried about whether I could make three remodeled bathrooms look good in our historic home. A trusted friend and several family members recommended Bender and, wow, Bender did not disappoint! We worked with Leisa Coyle and I was blown away. She really understood what we were working with and quickly pulled together everything we needed, giving us plenty of options and guidance. She never rushed us but her knowledge, decisiveness, and design skills were apparent and inspired confidence--so much so that even when my husband and I disagreed, she was able to talk us through it and get us on the same page. Leisa also saved us a ton of money by helping us see that some bathrooms didn't need a total gut and that we could salvage some areas. Since our visit, Leisa has been immediately responsive to questions regarding delivery, additional items we needed, and more. The showroom is gorgeous, the staff is incredible, and the service is beyond what I'd hoped. No need to go anywhere else. Just go to Bender.

Its very rare these days to find good customer service anywhere - in any industry - and when you do find it - you are generally at a loss for words - great customer service has now become the exception vs the norm. Well this morning - 7:30 AM the day after Christmas - I found outstanding customer service at the parts counter - his name was Mark. He could clearly see I was holding a faucet handle and a look that was screaming for help. All I knew was I needed a part for this 25 year old handle and had very low expectations of finding the part - never mind finding someone willing to go out of there way to search on his computer for it....most other places would have just simply dismissed my need without going to any trouble to find the part for this old handle but rather would have tried to sell me a new faucet set entirely. Mark was extremely patient with me, as I had no clue what I needed or any clue once I had the part how to reinstall the part into the faucet handle. He took the time to explain to me what I was going to do with the part once I got it home - how to reinstall the part and assured me that if it didn't work as he described that I could call him back and he would walk me through it over the phone. I was floored today buy Mark's commitment to making sure I had what I needed and that I would be able to install it properly. His patience with a non plumbing professional - just an ordinary person looking to fix a handle who had no clue before entering the store but left with an extreme amount of confidence when I left that I wouldn't need a plumber to fix my problem after having spoken with him. I have been a casual customer of Bender's over the years but after today's customer service experience I will buy any and all plumbing needs from them going forward vs the big box stores where you can't find anyone to answer a question and if you do you feel like your bothering them for having stepped inside their doors. What started out as a pleasant experience turned into a massive waste of time and money. I paid for my items in full, which was a massive mistake. I was sold an item that has already been discontinued by the manufacturer, despite still being displayed on their shelves. When I asked for the valves (to get started on the rough in), I was given a handful of pieces instead of a properly packaged box. The mixing valve was missing several key components, it took multiple trips back to bender to figure this out. The valve itself was 'new' and had not been seen by a third generation plumber with 30 years personal experience..so when it came missing instructions and pieces, everyone was confused. I brought this to the attention of Lorraine, who was initially very nice. She failed to acknowledge two emails regarding this situation, let alone offer any kind of apology/compensation. I would use this company to see fixtures in person and then buy online. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME..this company cost me time and money on top of my fixtures, unacceptable.

As an interior designer, I look to Bender Showroom for all my plumbing materials. The showroom is massive, and they carry all the brands I love to source for my projects. Many clients want to see the items I am sourcing for the project. I can rely on Bender's showroom to provide all my materials with a professional staff and high value!

We recently finished a renovation where we updated 2 existing bathrooms and added on to our house to include a master bath. We worked with Stephanie at Bender's and I can't praise her enough for all the work that she did to help make our bathrooms look beautiful and functional. When a problem arose with one of our medicine cabinets, it was replaced immediately. There was no arguing or placing blame; Bender's handled it professionally and quickly. I couldn't be more pleased with our bathrooms. We are so happy we chose to work with Bender's.
