It's hard to sum up in a review how great it was working with Somrak Concept and Structure to build our long-time dream of building a mixed commercial and residential building to house our dental office. We knew Ben and Kate were the right fit for us 2 years before we broke ground and we feel honored and privileged to have worked with them. They held our hands every step of the way, were our advocates and champions, and were incredibly transparent about the process. For us, this was a gigantic project, with a fairly strict budget, and a few gut-wrenching moments...and we finished strong and consider the Somraks some of our closest friends. They are honest, reliable, and ultimately just good people and were a pleasure to work with.

This is my first custom home build and Ben Somrak and his team were exceptional in every phase of the project. Ben and his crew kept things moving so well that our new house was finished in just over five months. Two months ahead of schedule!

We had the pleasure of working with Ben during the design phase and Jeremy during the construction phase. In short, it was a very smooth process with very few hiccups. When we first met with Ben, he took a lot of time to really understand our needs and goals for our home. His first draft of our plans were 90% on target. After a few rounds of minor revisions, it was time to hand to project off to Jeremy to break ground. We broke ground on August 19, 2015, and received our certificate of occupancy on April 4, 2016. Needless to say, we were very pleased with that timeline, especially considering we built throughout the winter. Jeremy is probably the most organized person we have worked with. We never waited on subs or suppliers and he managed the timeline perfectly. Quality-wise, we are extremely happy with the final product. When Jeremy turned over the keys, the house was complete and ready for move in. Any minor issues that came up after we moved in were dealt with very quickly. Building a home can be very stressful, and we would be lying if we said there were not stressful moments. But Ben and Jeremy minimized those stressful moments and made the process fun and enjoyable. As it should be! We completed the project ahead of schedule and on budget. What more can you ask for! We recommend Somrak Concept and Structure enthusiastically and without reservation.
