BES Lighting

Bigh a light that was hanging in the store. Told it would be fine. For home and there were no instructions and missing parts. The light would not work. Have made two attempts to contact BES and get help and have not had our calls returned. Finally received a call back and they were no help. I would not recommend this business.

B.E.S. is one of my favorite places to shop for my clients. The store has a beautiful selection of quality merchandise and I always find the perfect piece. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to make an extra effort to be helpful.

We have had nothing but the best experience working with Kirstin. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all things lighting and we seek her out when we purchase our fixtures. I will come into the store with one idea and she points out the positive and negatives if I go along with my thinking. I usually leave the store with something she has suggested and have never been disappointed. My husband and I feel very fortunate she was working the first day we came into the store.

We bought an Orb from BES Lighting...we absolutely love our light and get great compliments...the associate's make shopping easy and enjoyable!!!!
