Several years ago I bought a large home which needed a complete renovation. After a couple of years searching I stumbled upon Beth at Design Studio. From our first meeting it was obvious she was different than everyone else I’d spoken to, in a very good way. Very organized and with a specific plan for each step in the project. I turned the entire renovation over to her and her team, and she provided me options from which to choose all along the way. Now with only a couple of rooms left to go, the transformation has been incredible, I now feel like I have a home I can call my own. The before and after pictures would amaze you. I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth “Beth” Walthers and the professional design team at Design Studio LLC on a complete kitchen renovation and updates to bring light and a fun vibe into a 30+ year-old home. I selected Beth because of her reputation, experience, multiple awards, and credentials: American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Professional Membership and Certified National Kitchen and Bath Designer (NKBD). I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! Beth and the team didn’t simply design for us a kitchen to cook in. They designed a kitchen and open living space to create memories, pass down generational recipes, host special life moments, and kick off our shoes to make cooking fun for four generations. We just completed a residential new construction. Beth & Jolie were incredibly attentive, responsive, and listened to our thoughts and wants throughout the process. Design Studio's assistance in selecting colors, finishes, and schemes took a significant amount of stress off of us. They also focused on what we wanted, instead of designing a house or selecting finishes based on trends or any preconceived styles. We're incredibly happy with the final product and Design Studio's work.

To give some background I just bought a property and have a tight budget. I realized that good interior designer come at a price, but what I loved about Design Studio is that they offer a service for people like me that have a very tight budget. This service involves a 2-hour consultation where Elizabeth or Beth, comes to the house and gives you an in-depth consultation and answers any questions regarding design, furniture, layout, color, suppliers, and more. My recommendation is to get as much information about your design, and color scheme, and have a list of in-depth questions to get the most out of this consultation. All in all, Beth was professional, friendly, insightful, thoughtful with my budget, and fast. Would definitely recommend her and her company. Also, a shoutout to Nicole who responded to my e-mails quickly and efficiently.

Beth is worth her weight in GOLD! She helped me design my new build and it is beautiful. Saved me from making so many design mistakes. It is so important to consult with a designer before you go to the expense of a new build or a remodel. She can save you so much time, money and heartache. Currently she is helping with some design decisions on my parent's remodel who did not consult a designer. Luckily we were able to change a cook top that did not meet code as designed per contractor. That would have been an expensive tear out!

Beth has done a great job for us on our renovation. She has provided excellent advice on colors, materials, and design. We look forward to continuing to work with her on our furniture once the project is complete.

Beth was so lovely and talented! She chose new paint colors for the exterior of my historic home in New Orleans. It was in pretty bad shape and the new paint makes it look like I got a brand new house. I've had so many neighbors stop to tell me how much better it looks! Now it is a joy to pull up to my house every day!

I am in the tile and stone business, so I often work with Beth in selections that include bathroom surfaces, kitchen countertops and backsplash, and occasionally flooring for the whole house. Beth is such an easy designer to work with, and really has an eye for design and has incredible taste. She's very knowledgeable and extremely decisive, which is everything you could want in a designer.

Beth did and exceptional job in helping design our new home. She did a superb job in the design of the kitchen and dining room and assisting in laying out our electrical plans.
