Located in Frankfort, Michigan, just steps from the majestic Lake Michigan coastline, Betsie Bay Furniture is dedicated to the art of design and great service. The designers at our store, led by owners Jeff and Janet Hessler, have extensive experience in providing a full range of design services and assistance. Our firm is dedicated to tailoring our design services to the client’s needs, whether it is assistance with selecting one or two pieces of furniture for your home or an extensive interior design project for a new home. The end result of our work is to develop living areas that are peaceful, tasteful, and express our clients’ individual style. Betsie Bay Furniture has beautiful furniture but fall short on customer service. We purchased some show room furniture and wanted to add a couple additional items. Janet was ordering for us and I wanted the legs to match what we had purchased on the show room, she went out and looked and put in the order. 9 months later our items arrive and the leg colors on the ottoman and chair were different and on top of that did not match what we had purchased on the show room. They spent 2 months discussing how this could happen, their problem not mine, and then ordered new legs. It then took 9 months to get replacement legs in to the store, now our furniture is already 1 year old. Also we purchase a floor room table, they said it was on lone to another home for a couple weeks until their table came into stock, months go by and still they are letting someone else use our table and made it clear that this other customer spent a lot of money in their store and were more important.
