My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Betsy McCall specializes in contemporary and transitional design. She looks at the architecture of the home and existing furnishings and orchestrates a mix that is representative of the client's personality and taste. She can work with all budgets, whether the client is interested in a few hours of consulting time or design services for an entire home. Betsy has also donated her design expertise to Hope Lodge which is a home away from home for cancer patients seeking treatment at Boston hospitals.

I love working with Betsy. It can be an overwhelming process to pick everything from trim, hardware, lighting, appliances, and have it all look beautiful together. Betsy is a great listener and helped me find colors, tile, and lighting for our new home. She does a great job working with contractors and understands the development process. We are very happy with the end result and continue to work with Betsy McCall when we have questions about pieces we would like to add to our home.

I have worked with Betsy on two home renovations. She does a great job of listening to what I need and then promptly brings me samples. She always follows up on a timely manner. She keeps me organized! She has great taste and does a good job of respecting my individual preferences. Last but not least ,she is very reasonable and stays within my requested budget. She is very versatile. She can go to the design center and pick out great things or can go to a local discount store and pick out accessories to pull together a room. She is very talented. I highly recommend her.

Betsy has been my go-to designer for several years. She has a keen understanding of her clients' style and listens closely to wishes and concerns. She then takes that information and presents such inventive and interesting ideas. Her advice, recommendations and finished product all continue to exceed expectations. From paint colors to furniture to rugs to window treatments, visitors to my home frequently comment on the uniqueness and quality they see in Betsy's design work. She's fantastic!
