Horrible customer service. I ordered something almost three weeks ago, and I can't get any info on my order. I have called and left messages, emailed them, and I can't get a response. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. I am wondering if this is a legitimate business.

We placed an order for a sink 13 days ago on Jan 9th. We have not recieved any information or a shipping confirmation on this order despite the fact that thair website says 3-5 days for delivery. They have not returned multiple e-mails, calls with voice-mails left, and haven't responded to their own on-line chat. Wondering if this is a legitimate business....

Commented: Can you tell me if the inside of this bowl is smooth or ridged? The outside appears ridged. Thx.Hello...the pattern are embedded on the surface of the sink, therefore it is not completely smooth, if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me anytime. =)
