We recently purchased a pellet stove at Valley Stove and Cycle. Bill patiently helped us explore all the possibilities. We vacillated in our decision many times and he was supportive in our decisions as well as very informative about each scenario. There was no hard sell pressure. These guys know what they are doing and are not going to sell you something that isn't right for you. Scott installed our pellet stove and I couldn't be happier. My husband had queries and Scott made a follow up visit to answer all our questions. I am delighted with the cozy heat coming from our stove. On top of all that...these guys are super nice.

Recently had Valley Stove and Cycle install a wood stove in our home. From the outset we were pleased with the sales approach, and the professional approach to directing us to what we needed. No extras that were necessary were pushed at us, and we found (in doing our research) that was what was recommended was what we needed. When it came to the installation two well synced installers (as well as sales reps) came and worked seamlessly and in an efficient manner to get us on our way. I have used wood stoves over the years but never had someone explain it in a manner I wasn't confused!! Would recommend this company to anyone looking for this service!

Excellent people and product. The RAIS Viva L 120 has kept us warm a cozy all winter. The viewing area also allows you to enjoy the beautiful ambiance.

We installed a 3-sided Urbana fireplace as the centerpiece of the living room in our new home. Ours was a bit of an unusual installation and Scott and Bill at VS&C were great to work with. Although we had some issues with the initial set up (done by our propane supplier), Scott, with help from the Urbana tech., was persistent in getting it dialed in. What a treat it is to have this beautiful source of heat. We use it even when the temperature doesn't warrant it. I highly recommend both the Urbana product, and Valley Stove & Cycle as your supplier.

Had a great experience with Valley Stove and Cycle. We bought a Bari fireplace which the team installed in our new build home. We received great advice on the ideal location for the unit in our open concept floor plan and it is now a great focal point and conversation piece in our great room. The installation was also perfect, as was advice on how to get the most out of our new fireplace. Bottom line - Valley Stove and Cycle and the Bari are both highly recommended.

Valley Stove & cycle put a gas fired stove in our house and removed the wood stove. They were helpful in all aspects of the purchase and install dealings we had with them and were personable, clean, professional and very helpful explaining the workings of the stove. I would recommend the to any one and are very pleased with their product and the whole experience.

Scott and Bill were absolutely amazing to work with from the moment we stepped into the store to get some ideas to the completion of our project. They were friendly, helpful, and made a couple of suggestions that ultimately saved us thousands of dollars. I can't say enough about our experience with them. Bill and Scott just installed a new wood stove for us and we are so pleased.Professional, friendly, fair and easy too. Every step of the process of choosing and installing was done with ease . The showroom was helpful and Scott gave us good advice. We said good bye to an old wood stove and we love our new Jotel Thanks guys !
