Lisa with Baldwin Showhomes was very friendly and easy to work with. We used Showhomes to stage our Spec Home in Point Clear. The finishes she chose complimented the design of the home nicely. Every time someone viewed the home they complimented the style of the finishes and wanted to know who staged it. We wouldn't hesitate to use her to stage a home for us again.

We are very happy with the service Showhomes provided in staging Marquee Custom Homebuilders new home in the fruit and nut section of downtown Fairhope. The home looks fantastic and provides our potential buyers with a fabulous visual on how the house can look furnished. Kim came in on time and on budget and we truly enjoy doing business with her. This is the second home Showhomes has staged for us and going forward we will definitely consider staging all of our spec homes.

I had a home on the market for one year, with an nontraditional floorplan. I called Show homes for help and they set up an appointment and toured the home. Kim was so friendly, kind and worked out a great deal that benefitted every one involved. The staging turned out beautiful and the new pics produced tons of new showings. Kim even assisted me with hosting an open house and provided items of value for customer drawings. We received an offer on the home shortly after and successfully closed. I would definitely do business with Show homes again!

We placed our rental home for sale. Being the house was empty we felt it would show better staged. We called Show homes and met with Kim. She came out & viewed the house and provided a reasonable quote for staging. The house was staged within a week & they provided photos as well as a video of property to be used in the advertising of the house. Very professional and would highly recommend this company.

I have used Show Homes of Mobile and Baldwin County for 2 houses now. Both times I had a great experience and beautiful results. Previously in 11/2015 I decided to repaint our entire house; Kim came over and rescued my DIY paint options (read 20+lilttle paint sample squares all over my house). She ended up helping me pick colors that went well with the finishes I was not changing out; even finding an amazing new cabinet color I would NEVER have had the nerve to make happen. I loved that she really listened to me about my style and helped me when I didn't even know how to say what I wanted. When we ended up offering our house for sale the next year--we got a full price offer before the flowers we bought for listing pictures could wilt!! We have now purchased our next home and Kim has already done all our new paint colors (painting all done now too--thanks to Pro1 Painters) and she also came and hung a good bit of the pictures--always something that seems to take me MONTHS to get done after a move.
