Blue Sky built our home on Holden Beach in 2011 and we count ourselves fortunate to have worked with such talented and genuinely good people. From the very beginning, Luke and Sandy instilled confidence that we were in good hands. The pride that they both clearly have in their work and the value that they place on their clients is always apparent. The organization and transparency that Luke and Sandy provide to their clients from a cost, schedule and approach perspective is very telling of their integrity. By being forthcoming with our options and decisions being made to build our home, Luke gave us confidence that they were looking out for our best interests and we did not have to second guess ourselves about whether we were asking the right questions or enough questions. Luke, Sandy and their team supported us throughout the process and helped us through the design and build process so that in the end, we had a beautiful, high-quality and well-built home backed by the Blue Sky team. To this day, we still reach out to Luke when we have questions or need help with the house and he is always there for us. We would in a heartbeat do this all again with Luke and Sandy!

Blue Sky was simply exceptional. We had a very tight deadline that took a lot of effort to hit our date. Not only did they make it happen, but they performed professionally and within our budget. They accommodated our every request, delievered a truly beautiful home and their communication was constant - especially important since we were out of town and needed far too many questions answered. The result is a beautiful home, already filled with wonderful memories with friends and family. Please note that we interviewed a half dozen builders before choosing Blue Sky. Also important to mention is their follow up AFTER our home was built - they have been there for us after the finished product and that has been HUGE. If you are going to build, choose these folks, their quality is meticulous, their teamwork is exceptional and the end product is stellar.

Having built 3 homes previously my wife and I had a lot of experience working with General Contractors. The decision to let Blue Sky build our beachfront home was one of the best choices we have ever made. The forward thinking and mostly the wonderful attention to detail was beyond comparison. Luke was far more critical of imperfect or incorrect work than we could ever be. But the experience goes far beyond the job to a great comradeship and quality relationship that is rare in his field. Building a home is a complicated process and opinions and feelings can differ dramatically. That was never an issue with how we worked our way to the final solution. We would VERY highly recommend Blue Sky to anyone looking for great craftsmanship with great people.

Blue Sky Building Company and Luke and Sandy Perisich was the builder of our home which was completed on June 21st, 2013. They were fantastic to work with and flexible to our needs in every way possible. Their focus is on quality not quantity, so you feel you are getting the personal attention you need when making this large of an investment. They understand they are building a home for your family, not just a ‘house’. With this in mind, they ensure you are satisfied each step of the way so the end result is something you are proud of. They hire quality subcontractors who also pay attention to detail and are always courteous and professional. One of the best experiences was the services offered to help decorate your home from their professional staff. Chantelle is a professional who knows her trade and first takes into account what you are trying to accomplish before she makes recommendations. She helps guide you thru interior choices that need to be made in your home. The end result was a beautiful home, completed on budget, on time. Finally, we had an open house for neighbors and friends. One of them is a Real Estate agent and her comment upon entering was, “This is the most beautiful home I have ever been in”. Enough said!

Blue Sky has a terrific staff that works well with the outstanding contractors they chose to build our home.They made a personal investment in our project and created a secure atmosphere for us during the building process. As the project progressed we were consistently impressed by Blue Sky's quality control, the communication with and expertise of the contractors and the personal assistance we received. The ultimate result is that we love our new home and realize daily that we made the right decision choosing Blue Sky as our builder.

Blue sky built our 2nd row home in Ocean Isle, NC in 2007. We rent it during the summers. Approx 75% of our tenants are repeat renters. The house looks great going into it's ninth season. Blue Sky was great to work with through out the project. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who wants a quality built home.

We are going to build in the area where Blue Sky builds and had the pleasure of join through 2 of their home at a Parade of Homes. We also rode by the exterior of another home that was already occupied. Their work is perfection. They have a carpenter that does impeccable work. Hopefully we will talk to them again when we are ready to move to the beach.

Blue Sky Building Comapny are leaders in the home building industry. We have a decorative painting company and have worked with many different building companies thorugh the years. We have had the opportunity to work with Blue Sky on quite a few projects. Blue Sky Building is masterful in thier approach to building homes. Their design aesthetic is unique, they pay close attention to detail, are extremely professional, organized, and I have never seen a building company finish a project ahead of time as often as they do. They have amazing time management and obviousley have a strong desire to meet their clients needs. I am always honored to work in their gorgeous homes.

During construction they were very flexible in altering the original plans to maximize space ,function and design within the home. I know Luke and Sandy's operation well as their safety consultant and safety trainer and I have been in the construction industry for over thirty years. Their entire operation from front office to men on the job is absolutely first rate. One does not see this type of attention to detail very often. Veterans in construction know a home has a "feel" to it when they walk into it during any phase of construction, a "solidity" if you will, and having been on Blue Sky jobs during all phases I can tell you this: You will NOT find a higher-quality builder in construction today. Add to that the fact that their employees and subcontractors are all safety trained on a regular basis and you have the makings of a designer and builder you can give your total confidence.
