Blue Water recently completed our large composite deck build and we had a fantastic experience with every team member throughout the process! Beginning with the sales team they were very quick to respond and had answered all of our questions. They took care of everything we needed for the HOA and made it a breeze for us to submit everything! They kept us updated on the permit process and the project timeline so we never had to wonder what was happening when. The build itself was extremely quick yet quality and the crew worked very hard to get everything completed in a few days. The owner was on site checking on the progress and to make sure everything was being completed to as described. We would absolutely recommend them for any decking needs!

I hired Bluewater for installing patio and to modify my existing deck to add stairs (and install solar lights on the deck posts) leading up to the patio. I am very pleased with their work. Right from the time I sent them an e-mail requesting a quote, everything went really smooth. Brendan was quick to respond and quoted me for the job within a couple of days. He was very professional, polite and patient through the entire process. I must have sent him at least 30 - 40 emails with questions on the patio design, material etc., and he would always respond within a couple of hours. The crew was very polite and professional as well. I am very impressed with the workmanship. The entire job was completed in just 3 days and the crew cleaned up the area really nice. I would strongly recommend Bluewater to anyone looking to build their patio or deck.

BlueWater built us a deck and patio almost one year ago. Brandon listened to what I wanted while making his design and captured my thoughts very well. The final product was even better than what I was imagining. The deck was built above and beyond our county code and I fell safe knowing it is very sturdy and will last a long time. Any small items that have come up, BlueWater is responsive and addresses the items with a professional manner. After the build, they did an excellent job cleaning up.

Bluewater did an excellent job installing my patio. The initial consultation with Brendan was great. He was honest and not pushy. The installation occurred ahead of schedule, and the team was quick and professional. Minimal damage to the yard, which was impressive. The final patio looks great. Everyone says it looks like a patio form the magazines. Highly recommend Blue water. You wont be disappointed.

My existing concrete patio installed in 1965 was cracking and uneven due to tree roots growing underneath. I wasn’t sure what my options were, so I contacted Blue Water to see what could be done. Brendan came out and looked it over. He was very professional and friendly, took the time to listen to my concerns and made his recommendations. I ended up choosing Blue Water to install a new raised paver patio. After signing the contract, the company communicated with me regularly via e-mail regarding the status of my project and estimated installation date. Jeff came out before the start of the project to give instructions to his foreman. The installation team did a wonderful job. They worked very hard and cleaned everything up when the job was complete. Brenden also stopped by during installation to make sure all was well. I am very pleased with the quality of the pavers and it is simply beautiful. I highly recommend Blue Water if you need a new patio.

We just had our patio installed by Blue Water and we could not be happier. From the beginning dealing with Brendan at our initial meeting, through the design process was very pleasant. I could tell right away that he was sincere and very knowledgeable. We placed our order and while we waited for our materials I was kept updated by Brendan and Jeff. When the time came for construction the crew was very careful, professional and very meticulous. They had to remove a section of my fence to get the materials in and to remove the dirt and other debris. Every afternoon when they were finished they secured the fence section so my dogs could still use the back yard, that’s attention to detail. What can I say about the construction crew?! Those guys really worked hard. It was over 90 degrees each day of my build and my yard gets almost no shade, they just kept at it. I would have understood completely if they had wanted to delay my construction, but they just kept going. Even though they had to be uncomfortable I was so impressed at how meticulous they were when it came to preparing the site and throughout the construction process. They spent almost a full day just getting it all level! Then when they began setting the first course of stone they trimmed and checked each stone multiple times. I was really impressed, the extra time they spent really shows in the end result. There really isn’t anything more I can say other than I am 100% satisfied with my new patio, I am sure it will bring us years and years of enjoyment. I am very glad I chose Blue Water for my project.

Outstanding work! I had a deck and patio built by Bluewater. Brendan Bohn was very helpful in design and materials for the project. He explained everything in full detail and gave his best recommendations. The crew was very professional, fast and efficient. My lawn was kept clean and I had very little damage to it. The final product was beautiful. I would definitely hire them to do any project in the future. I give Bluewater Custom Builders my highest recommendation!
