To start the outside of the house was already completed prior to contract in October of 2017. Once under contract we were able to pick the inside with the selection of choices they gave us and we were told the house would be completed in December. When December came around no drywall, 2 months and there had been nothing done. We were told end of January, end of January not completed. It’s now April and still not done. During all of this no communication. Several calls and emails that would go unanswered for weeks. Not to mention the work was terrible at best. Could see primer under the paint, holes in the wall, multiple cabinets were busted but installed anyway. Finally had enough and got out of the contract and am starting over with a new builder. I strongly encourage to stay away from this company, horrible service from start to finish and just not worth the headache.

I have known Mike for years. The Team at Bozek Fine Homes is definitely a first class organization. The quality of product that they have consistently produced for years is top-notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or remodel in the Maryland area.

Bozek built my home 10 years ago and just recently I hired them to finish my basement. Both times workmanship was outstanding, workmen were perfectionists, and the prices completely reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised that many of the folks that worked on the original construction were the same folks who completed the basement. Basement contract included recreation room, bedroom, exercise room, and bathroom as well as retaining some storage area. Flooring and drop ceiling throughout.
