Integrity Builders of Oconee did not satisfy our contract to build our home. The quality of our build was not what you would expect from a custom builder. We received the wrong windows, the wrong doors and funds were taken from our landscaping allowance for excavation, which was included in our contract price, this is just to mention a few. This Builder is not honest. I would be happy to share my experience with anyone who is interested.

We hired Integrity Builders for a major addition and renovations to our existing home. We added a hearth room, screened-in porch and deck. The renovations included a complete new kitchen, laundry area, relocation of one closet. and the addition of a master bedroom closet. Integrity Builders worked with us along the way with suggested changes and potential upgrades, keeping us informed with regular project status. We are delighted with the outcome and have received many raves and complements on the kitchen and hearth room. We highly recommend Integrity Builders for your next home build or renovation.

Great job. Completed on time in spite of really bad weather delays, and after one year we have had no comebacks( need for builder to return to fix problem areas).

Brad works really hard and offers great ideas. His team is courteous and professional. When things go wrong, he makes them right which is really hard to find in home building. He built a wonderful home for us at lake Keowee and we are beyond happy.
