We hired Chris and his team for a number of different projects throughout the years, and they have been awesome to deal with. Everything from our patio to new windows, the timeliness, attention to detail, and customer service is top notch! Our most recent project was for an upgrade to our existing bar in the basement. Everything was custom made and we couldn't be happier with the results. We HIGHLY recommend Breckenridge, and have already passed his name on to our friends and family as it is always hard to find a contractor you can truly trust.

Breckenridge Homes did an extenisve remodel for us taking a standard colonial of about 2700 square feet to a modern farmhouse of approximately 6,000 square feet. I highly recommend them and will only use them for any future building or remodeling needs. They are reliable, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. They finished on time and on budget. Chris Truelsen worked hand in hand with our architect and his ideas were instrumental in problem solving tricky situations and coming up with more affordable solutions to achieve a beautiful end result. Their craftsmanship is stunning. Pat Truelson made the most beautiful wood work and crown moldings that I have ever seen. Their entire crew was skilled, helpful, reliable, punctual and a delight to get to know. They don’t get your job and then go missing in action like so often is the case. They are honest and dependable and follow through on their word. My engineer, perfectionist brother-in-law who is incredibly hard to please was very impressed with the fine craftsmanship of Breckenridge, I don’t know many people who end up missing their builder after the end of a project but we miss Chris and the entire Breckenridge team. They are a 5 Star builder and I do not hesitate to give them my 100% full recommendation. You are lucky if you ever have the opportunity to use their services.

We hired Chris and his team for our project this past spring. We asked him to build us our home and install geothermal HVAC and solar panels (the latter something that he had never done before). They delivered exactly what we asked for and our home far exceeds our expectations. They stayed on task and the job remained on budget and on track. Breckenridge Homes has just built us our dream home in 6 months! We had a 1957 split level and now have added a master suite and completely changed the interior space to fit our family's needs. We started with getting three bids for our project and are so happy we went with Breckenridge. We are thrilled that it is a family owned business so the 2 sons , Chris and Pat are on site working and Ray, the father, handles the office end of things. The quality of craftsmanship is topnotch and the job site is organized and cleaned up every day. Chris, Ray, and there staff are very professional and did an excellent job with our bathroom remodels. They kept to schedule, and budget with a result that we are very happy with. Update... We have since hired Breckinridge homes to build our new custom home. We are a month away from completion, and the entire process has been incredible. They took the project from architectural design to finished product and have proven to be true professionals and experts in there craft. The job sight was clean, organized, and on a very nice schedule. Communication with Chris was incredible and easy. I feel they delivered a product and service that exceeded our expectation.
