Brentwood Design Build

I purchased a new construction build and have had items on my initial inspection report still not fixed and it’s impossible to get her to send someone over to do simple things like incorrect electrical wiring. I was given two faulty patio doors that still have not been fixed. There’s paint bubbles on the exterior of the home that were never popped and finished. There’s floor joists 2” out of level in my kitchen so when you walk the island shakes and anything on the island rattles. It was done very cheaply and you can tell. My master bathroom bathtub cracks every time I shower and makes noise because it wasn’t set level. There’s inch shims under vanities. Very cool design, but over all very low quality cheap work. There’s chips in LVP flooring and small things wrong everywhere in the home that I live with. Personally, would recommend going with someone who’s more hands on as a contractor and is in the home during the building process and that knows what to look for with the subs that are doing the work to fix these things that come up during building process. I have a big ole hood vent and it just blows right back inside; short cuts everywhere. Very cheap material and work to turn a large profit.
