Jeremy and all of his staff at Broderick Builders were exceptional to work with during the entire process of negotiation and construction of our deck. They were patient and helpful as we pursued several iterations of scope in an attempt to fit the work to our budget. Since we were rebuilding an existing deck and making other modifications we experienced several surprises due to unforeseen conditions. As the owner, we also changed the scope of work twice during the building process. This sounds like a recipe for failure, but Jeremy and his crew took all this in stride and were kind, and professional during the entire process. We are very pleased with their work and happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend Broderick Builders to anyone including our closest friends.
