Our door spring broke on Saturday and when I called on Monday morning I was told it would be that afternoon before they could get her unless they had a cancellation. And luckily they got a cancellation and called back to say the serviceman was on his way! He arrived and assessed the situation, and quickly got to work. He noticed some other components that looked like they were on the way out. I made a decision to save another service call and had him do maintenance on all the components that needed updating. Very pleased with the prompt attention, the pleasant and competent technician. Thank you!

Called Broten on Monday and appointment was Tuesday morning. Technician arrived per schedule and explained what components needed to be replaced and the cost. Repair was completed and my garage door is working perfectly. Very professional. I highly recommend Broten Garage Door!

I ordered two new garage doors openers from Broton because my previous openers were now 16 yrs old. Lupe in sales was very helpful. We discussed all my options, and after spending 20 mins on the phone we selected the newest lift master with the Amazon cameras. Gary, the technician came out to my home to install those two new garage door openers, that came with cameras, and thought at the time maybe I didn’t need the cameras and it would hard to set up. He was very thorough and extremely helpful explaining & reviewing all the work he had finished. Also helped me customize both cameras angles and made sure the app was working correctly in my phone. Lupe was a pleasure to work with & Gary is a true service professional, and for that reason alone I will always use Broton .

I then received a phone call to know a time window when the technician will arrive. The day of the appointment I received a phone call to be told the technician was on his way. The technician was open to my questions and explained everything in a way I understood. He performed the work that was needed in an efficient manner and provided details as to possible future concerns.

Garage door springs broke in Jan. Like the rest of us, Broten had a problem getting a new supply of springs. Complements to your office staff for keeping us updated. Great and fast service. Very professional. The technician that came to service and fix my garage door not only fixed it the correct way, but also went an extra mile and checked all around the door. He tighten bolts and screws that had nothing to do with what he did and came for, plus he gave out some suggestions in order to make door smoother and better.
