My wife and I worked with Cecelia Peay. Cecelia helped us design both our master closet and large kitchen pantry. We never had an organized closet/storage system before. So, we had no idea what type of shelving, drawers and accessories would make the most sense for us. Through a series of meetings & questions, Cecelia was able to determine our lifestyle/needs and offered several possible layout options. The 3D drawings & views she generated really helped us visualize the layout for each option. It took us a little while to decide on a final design/layout. Cecelia was extremely patient and never once rushed us to make a decision during this process, despite the many changes/tweaks we made to the designs. Cecelia definitely knows her stuff and was a real pleasure to work with. Thank you, Cecelia! We absolutely love our new closet and pantry!!

Very happy with my new pantry. We have a small under stairs closet we have used as a pantry for many years. It was dark and shelves were deep making it hard to organize and find items. I threw out expired items often because I didn't know I had them. We added a light and Closet factory designed and installed new shelves. I now have more shelf space and can find things easily.

After demolishing two closets and a hallway to create a 11' x 22' space, Closet Factory arrived to install a flawlessly designed dressing room. We now have space for everything and are able to find our entire wardrobe easily! Closet Factory could easily film a commercial in the dressing room they created here - its that exceptional!

The Closet Factory always is prompt in reply and accurate on quotes to help with our budget allocation and staying within that budget. They provide high end products at a great price. The Closet Factory also generously donated time and material or organization on a "fix it in a day" TV show. The custom-made storage they provided made the clients ecstatic!
