The Nicklaus Group was very professional from beginning to end. They custom designed this refreshment bar for our volunteer lounge. We couldn't be more happy with the final result! Thank you TNG!

The owner of this company, Bryan, is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He provided excellent communication throughout our renovation process. His crew is honest and hard-working. It was a pleasure having them in our home. They were polite and never left a mess. We finally have our dream kitchen! Would recommend them to anyone.

I spent the summer of 2018 dealing with an unprofessional and inept contractor who walked off the job with things unfinished. Bryan Wing and his company, The Nicklaus Group, literally came to my rescue. I cannot say enough good things about Bryan and all of his employees. They didn’t expect me to move the furniture or to hunt for, and purchase products. They were professional and took pride in their work. They showed up EVERY day, on time, and hustled all day. Unlike the previous contractor, there was never an added, unexpected cost. To a person, they all said, “we want you to be happy”. I love the exquisite change to my house. My new kitchen and hardwood floors are more than I expected. I intend to have more work done next Spring. My name is Sandra Dowdy. We just finished our new kitchen by the Nicklaus group. I could not be any happier. They do an excellent job from start to finish. Their attention to detail is second to none. I would recommend them to anybody.

"The Nicklaus Group" from start to finish guided me through choices, even sent me to a designer to help, for a variety of colors and choices. They quickly and safely removed my old cabinets replacing them with new, with little mess an down time of my sink and range. they were careful with details and small things, From plumbing to the electrical work. the workers were also careful with their work. careful not to disrupt our lives anymore than need be. we also got a beautiful finished product at good price. We just completed a rennovation of our first floor including kitchen, half bath, lighting and flooring with the Nicklaus Group of Lancaster. For the start to the finish, we were completely satisfied with all facets of the project. During the design phase Bryan Wing, the owner was helpful and patient. Whenever we made an appointment to meet with him, he took all of the time we needed and was patient with our questions and design changes throughout the process. Their showroom and design center in Lascaster has many products and layouts on display. We were able to get a great design concept and necessary upgrades to make our new space just right. He didnt rush us. We took several months to decide and never felt pressure to sign and start before we were ready. His proposal was detailed and included all costs. (nothing hidden) The construction phase began on a Monday and within 2 days the demolition and redesign of the kitchen was completed. The crew cleaned up at a high level after every phase of the job. By the end of the first week, the new cabinets were set and ready to measure for countertops. The flooring was completed in one day for four rooms! The Nicklaus Group installed the flooring and also had the best price. Appliances were installed next by Big Sandy Superstore. Shout out to Greg Jackson at the Polaris location. His product knowledge helped us pick the right appliances in a very easy process. The best of the four big box retailers we shopped. Wood trim, the half- bath, backsplash, above and under cabinet fridge, cabinet add ons were completed the third week. From start to finish with Nicklaus Group took 23 work days to complete work. We were back in our kitchen for the most part after 16 days. Our painter finished touch-up, doors and trim a few days after Nicklaus Group completed their work. We did make a few change orders to the original proposal that were incorporated easily into the project. Success of the project was achieved by good communication with Bryan Wing (Nicklaus Group Owner) He made sure our wishes on the project (light fixuture placement, outlet location, type of outlets, handle location, etc) were incorporated into the work schedule. I think this was a strength of the company along with a meticulous and skilled work force. Shout outs to all of his team.

Our experience with The Nicklaus Group was TOP NOTCH! From the initial consultation, Bryan sat down with us and listened to every idea that we had for our kitchen and laundry room. He took what ideas we had which I thought were good and made them great by adding extra details with pull out cabinets crown molding etc. For our laundry room Bryan and his crew pulled off a miracle just by building a couple of platforms for our washer and dryer, they added so much room to a small room that I thought there was no way they were going to make it look good and they made it look fantastic! I have already recommended The Nicklaus Group to several people. One of the people I recommended them to, had their kitchen done by Bryan and they felt the same way I do. This is a quality honest Family owned business you can’t go wrong with!

From the moment we sat down with Bryan about fixing a kitchen that just did not work for us, and seeing the plan he drew up that addressed our concerns, we knew that we wanted to work with him. When he designed our kitchen, he incorporated my need for storage, and my husband’s desire for a large island and the result is a kitchen we enjoy… His crew of professionals did the actual tear down and construction in 16 days and all the while, we had a refrigerator and stove so life was never interrupted. Now 3 months with this new kitchen, it is everything we wanted and more…e.g. additional electric outlets, which NEVER go amiss in a kitchen...wish I could give 5 more STARS

Bryan Wing and his entire staff did an outstanding job installing our new cabinets, backsplash and Granite countertops. Our kitchen looks wonderful. The communication from Bryan was outstanding and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Price was reasonable and quality of work was outstanding.

Bryan wing went above and beyond expectations on buying kitchen cabinets for our new home. He made it simple and easy!! The guys that came to install our granite did a amazing job too. Bryan took the time and was very sincere through out this whole project. A good plus to the Nicklaus group I went to 5 places 3 in Columbus Ohio and they had better quality and better prices then all 5 places !!! Thanks again

The Nicklaus Group provided us with a great update to our kitchen. The cabinets are beautiful along with the backsplash, granite counter tops and new flooring. They stayed on target with the completion date. The professional installers were thorough and courteous. I would recommend them to my friends.

We wouldn't call anyone else to work on our home. The Nicklaus Group remodeled our basement and completed a mother-n-law suite addition. The workmanship is impeccable, the team is professional and courteous. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure your dreams/visions are brought to life. He also does a fabulous job thinking of things you might not consider...like the need for lockers to manage 3 young boys! I trust this company immensely and appreciate that they never forget that they are working on/in your home.
