We have worked with several custom home builders and remodelers across the front range in Colorado. Element is by far one of the most organized, professional and exceptional construction firms we have had the pleasure of working with. Our experience with Element has been steady and consistent from day one. Their back office communication is excellent and build quality is incredible. Element sets a high standard for everyone involved in the project and the end results very much reflect that.

I would definitely recommend Element Custom Builders for either new construction or a remodel. I renovated my 20 year old home with a new kitchen, painting, all LED lighting, new hardwoods, built in bookcases, carpeting, master bedroom and bath and the project was completed with very high quality work and in 2.5months. Of course there were hiccups along the way but the were addressed quickly and corrected.

Brad and the entire Element team are simply the best at what they do. Projects are completed to the highest standard, and in a very timely manor. Cant say enough about their knowledge, and willingness to turn dreams into reality.

We met Brad in 2011 when we were seeking a house to pop the top. Brad worked closely with us to determine risks, options, and help consult to our decision. Ultimately after Brad walked us through pros/cons and risks, we opted to spend a little more and do a scrape. This was our first time ever considering building, so we were quite the neophytes and heard much about unscrupulous contractors. I'm happy to say that we were extremely pleased with our choice with Element and the scrape. Brad was wonderful to work with and provided very clear work plans and associated budgets, ensuring we stayed with ours, and being a great consultant for items that came up along the way, so we could make good decisions. We were very happy with the ultimate build and how easy it was to work together as a team. What makes Element and Brad so great goes beyond the initial build, though their value shines there. As with most homes, settling occurs after the build and some new items might pop up every so often that needed attention from Element. Brad was there for us every time, though happy to say they were few in number. He and his team did a quality job and it showed. The last item that came up related to settling involved our window wells, about 4 years after we moved in. Brad was quick to respond to our call, and showed up the same day to take a look. As always, Brad handled the work that needed to be done and honored his word. In retrospect I think one of the biggest selling points on who to go with for general contracting is trust. I would recommend Brad and Element Custom Builders to anyone who wishes to build or pop, namely because you can trust him to do a quality job and follow through with all obligations. Beyond his professionalism he is also a wonderful person and someone whom I know you'll like and respect.

We hired Element Custom Builders to remodel and re-tile a couple bathrooms, re-tile our fireplace, and add a few built-ins in our house. They were communicative, reliable, responsive, and produced quality work. They also finished the project in a timely manner and stayed within the budget. I highly recommend Element Custom Builders!

Brad and his team built our house in the Solterra neighborhood in 2009. While my wife and I were warned by others of the pitfalls of building a custom home, are experience with Brad and Element Custom shared in non of those. Brad's help in the design process from building, all the way down to the endless task of picking fixtures was very helpful. Our home was finished on time and right at the budget we had. I encourage anyone looking to build a custom home to talk with Brad and Element, it was a great experience for our family.

Brad and his team have built two homes for us. The first was new construction and the second was a substantial rehabilitation and 1,800 sq./ft. addition. Their quality of work is exceptional. Brad and his team also do an excellent job of helping their clients pick finishes that meet the clients wishes and budget. All too often design architects do not specify fit and finishes leaving the daunting task to the home owners. We plan on using them for our next build.
