Budget Blinds of Charlotte has been family owned and operated since 2003. For the past 12 years, owners Mark and Linda Paulson have been proud to be a part of the #1 company for custom blind and window coverings in America. With many years of experience under their belt, Mark and Linda work diligently and efficiently to ensure that their customers’ hard-earned dollars obtain a beautiful window treatment with a top quality product. Owners Mark and Linda were pleased to welcome their two sons, Kyle and Kevin Paulson, to the Budget Blinds of Charlotte team in January 2015. Kyle is our Sales Director and comes to us with 8 years of sales experience. He brings a fresh perspective to our team and is always striving for a remarkable experience for our customers. Kevin is our Operations Manager and also the co-owner of Budget Blinds of South Charlotte. He has served in the Marine Corps for the past 4 years, which has equipped and prepared him in many ways to achieve his future career goals. Kevin knows the value of hard work and excellent service. OORAH! Our convenient shop-at-home service for window coverings and home décor accessories has grown to include exclusive brands and products like our Inspired Drapes Collection and BB Commercial Solutions. As part of the Budget Blinds network, we offer homeowners the unique combination of incredible buying power, free in-home design consultation, professional installation, expert measuring, and quality, name-brand window treatments.

I had a great experience with Budget Blinds of Charlotte. After speaking with a few competitors, I ordered motorized shades for my home because of the extreme value compared to others along with the strong warranty and excellent material quality. Matt and Kyle were great throughout the process showing me different options as well as educating me on the specifics of the product I was shopping. I had plans to install a large TV within a tight space close to the shades and they also made sure I would be able to complete that and get the shades I wanted without interruption. Upon arrival, the communication to schedule install was provided well in advance and the delivery timeframe was as promised at the time of ordering. I love the shades so much I’m ordering more for my home and have also referred a family member to Budget Blinds-Raleigh for their upcoming purchase. The outstanding customer experience and unbeatable competitive pricing makes Budget Blinds of Charlotte the best option for anyone looking for window coverings.

This company is top notch! We recently moved here from Florida and had issues ordering shutters with another company. Not only did they have issues color matching our trim but later I learned the shutters were not what I was expecting (it was a blessing it didn't work out because I found this company) after discussing my previous experience and concerns , Kyle was thoughtful enough to stop by our home and bring me a shutter that was in our trim color to assure me it would match before I paid a deposit! Most companies would not do this, this alone made these guys stand out! Kyle went through the entire process with me, in detail! He even responded quickly to many emails I sent him during the process! Install was great, Kevin and Jay were friendly and explained everything in detail about warranty ect before leaving! The guys were social distancing, wore masks and booties - I felt comfortable during this process in such a crazy time right now! Highly recommend

I was very impressed with the quality of products offered, turnaround time and installation. Th cost was below my budget which I really appreciated. Glen and Brendan were my installers and they did an excellent job. The installation was neat and clean. No debris was left for me to handle. Answered all questions and explained how to operate the 2 styles I selected. I would recommend this company.

We were very happy with pleased with our installers, Glen and Brendan. They came on time and worked diligently and professionally the time they were here. Kyle helped me with the choices of fabric and was so easy to work with. We will certainly contact them again when we add more drapes to our new home. They are family-owned and a wonderful team to work with.

I absolutely give Budget Blinds a 5 Star. Kyle (sales rep) and installers were very professional, yet easy to talk with. I met with Kyle on 12/19 and my blinds, verticals and window film was completed in 3.5 weeks. I love the product and my windows look great. It took about 2.5 to 3 hours to install 19 windows, very impressive. They were timely for all meeting and demonstrated a good knowledge of the product. They offer the window film which works well for the bathroom. I highly recommend Budget Blinds to anyone looking to install blinds.
