As a seasoned professional architectural photographer I have an appreciation for clean lines and fine details and I was very impressed with what I saw as I carefully photographed The Collins Group's project. Equally impressive was how much the homeowner really loved the Collins team and had nothing but good things to say about their new custom home. Real Professionals all the way around!

The Collins Building Group built our new home in Clemson, South Carolina. Kevin Collins traveled to our previous home in Nashville, Tennessee because we had indicated to him that we wanted to duplicate much of the floor plan from that home in Clemson. Kevin was very attentive to details and did an outstanding job getting in sync with what we wanted to build. Throughout the process, Kevin was extremely helpful in suggesting options that we might like. This is our "dream home" that we planned for about 12 years. The final product exceeded our expectations and more than made our dream come true. We have been in the home for about 3.5 years and Kevin still comes back to fix things that he really has no responsibility to fix. He truly cares about the quality of the homes he builds and he stands behind them.

The Collins Building Group has executed a number of projects for us over the past ten years. From the building of a small apartment complex and 8 homes to improvement projects such as a screened in porch on our lake home and the construction of a large commercial parking and traffic area at our business. Every project, big or small, was completed on time and under budget while maintaining the highest quality. We will continue to work with CBG.

I contracted with Kevin to build my dream lake house on Lake Keowee. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Kevin was easy to work with, delivered quality work, and finished the project on time and on budget. If I ever built another house, I would hire Kevin again without hesitation.

On a scale of one to ten I would give the Collins Group a 10+. I am a retired Civil Engineering Professor who has interacted with numerous building contractors who have constructed my residences over the years. The Collins Gropu constructed my current residence, located in Stillwater Subdivision, Oconee County, SC three years ago. The house was completed on time and within budget. We have experienced no problems with the house over the three years we have occupied it. The workmanship on our house was outstanding, due most likely to the fact that Kevin Collins employs highly skilled and experienced subcontractors. Our cost reimbursable contract, and Kevin's tolerant and congenial personality, facilitated numerous changes as the work progressed. However, what sets Kevin apart from his competitors may be his extensive knowledge of and familiarity with new and innovative systems and materials. We drafted our own house plans without the assistance of an architect. Kevin made numerous suggestions altering and expanding our plans that were very much appreciated - the Miratec siding, the recirculating hot water heating system, cabinet and appliance arrangements, flooring and landscaping options, and so much more. I have given Kevin my highest recommendation to friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.
