Mike Foltz built my home 22 years ago and really built a quality product. When I decided to replace my master bedroom fiberglass shower with a tile installation and replace my sinks and counter tops, I was pleasantly surprised to find him still in business locally. We had to wait a few months for work to start, but that seems to be the case for EVERY job (no matter what kind of work) since the pandemic. The process was very professional and the staff was friendly. I was given a written quote with guidance and budgets to make my finish choices. All choices and changes were documented. They work with good, local, knowledgeable vendors. Mike even made a recommendation that allowed me to upgrade my counter tops at virtually the same price as my original choice. The office always kept me apprised of events as they happened, even before the work started. For example, they called or emailed when they placed orders for materials and when they received the orders. I was called the day before and told which workers were coming, what time they would get here and what exactly they would doing. They were always on time. Most of Mike's team has been with him for years, which gave me confidence in their workmanship. The workers were considerate of my home, putting drop cloths down to cover my floors getting into the job and putting plastic up all around the room (to keep construction dust off my cabinets, walls and windows. They cleaned up all their debris and trash EVERY TIME, even though they were coming back the next morning to continue the work. They did a great install. Mike makes sure the job is done properly. He is straightforward about the work and is a good, honest and reliable contractor. And for those of you who would ask about cost - no, Cornerstone is not the cheapest contractor out there, but I believe "you get what you pay for". By the way, we actually came in UNDER his estimate. I have a great looking, quality remodel. Cornerstone Home Construction will be who I call for future renovations.

We were beyond pleased with the work Mike did for our home! He did all of our tile, kitchen cabinets, and 1/2 bathroom cabinets. It was nice to tell someone what we wanted, and it was actually completed in a timely manner, in our budget, and to our expectations. There were other jobs with our remodel that we had to redo, but not with Cornerstone. The job was done right the first time.

From beginning to end Cornerstone was professional and trustworthy. They went above and beyond with every detail. They came and did a final look and made our bedroom addition spectacular! We added a 4th bedroom, screened in porch, and fixed multiple things through the house. Amazing work and met all expectations.

Mike and his team exceeded every hope and expectation we had for working with a contractor. The integrity, expertise and communication of Cornerstone is unmatched in the business. We've worked with four other contractors in the six years that we have been in our home--it's an older home (over 70 years old) and it has lots of quirks. My husband is a PhD in Engineering and works in the buildings industry so he has very high standards and he was astonished at the quality and thoroughness of Cornerstone. Not only was the quality exceptional and the work timely but the communication was amazing. Every day we'd receive an update from his administrative staff ( who we came to know well) with exactly what to expect for the following day. We get complements on our new front porch from every passerby. I recommend Cornerstone to everyone I meet.

We have used Corner Stone construction in every job we have had done over the years. Including upgrading our kitchen, baths, flooring, windows, new roof ,deck, garage doors and siding. I am sure I left something off. The most recent was a new drive way. We trust there honesty and there work. They are busy and you may have to wait in line , but at least you know it’s done right.

I am very pleased with my whole experience and the service. My cabinets look beautiful. It was a very timely and clean service. They are very nice and professional. I highly recommend them!

To say we are pleased with the result would be an understatement! Everything looks absolutely beautiful and well-made, and it's almost a shame to have to use it now. I told Patti that maybe we should continue using the upstairs bathrooms so we could keep this one looking as perfect as it does right now! CHC did a very good job on our remodel. We have been very satisfied. Overall the quality of the workmanship was very satisfactory. Project was completed on time with minimal callbacks. All issues were addressed. Would definitely recommend CHC.

I find that his years of experience has given him great insight on design and project management. He manages the jobs in a timely matter and is involved in every process.

We just completed another home renovation with CHC. This time we updated our kitchen, dining area, half bath, and basement recreation room. Over the past 9 years, CHC has completed one major addition and numerous improvements to our 24 year old home from the foundation to all three floors of the home and exterior areas. Their work is outstanding but the integrity and helpfulness of the CHC staff from the office staff to the skilled craftsmen is the reason that we always plan well in advance for jobs and are willing to wait, if necessary, to have the project completed. The kitchen remodel was the most difficult to date but not due to CHC. We relied heavily on the advice of Nicole, Mike, and his staff during this project. They gave us so many great suggestions and ideas for backsplash, hood vents, and even assisted us with acquiring a new stove to fit our needs. I have attached a before and after photo of our kitchen to show the transformation. I would highly recommend CHC to homeowners.
