The crew were working at a neighbor’s house and I went to ask for a business card. Instead of just handing me a card Anthony took the time to come over and discuss what we were looking to do. From the very first step of a complete (to the studs) renovation of our two bathrooms we received an update every week even before construction began. Once construction began, communication continued to be exceptional. We had to pivot product choice a couple of times and the team took it in stride. The entire team was personable, friendly, and considerate. The tile work is amazing. We have other projects that we would like to do and Butler Builders will be the 1st contractor we call.

Anthony came to my house. I asked for an estimate to replace my shower because i thought it was causing a black mold problem in the basement. He took videos of both the shower area and mold. Instead of the high pressure sales i had been experiencing, I got advice not to do the shower until the mold was fixed because it might not be due to the shower. Imagine my surprise. When the first crew came to expose the underlying area, they were nice and respectful. They sealed off where they were working with plastic etc., kept up with closing the doors and gate to keep the dogs from escaping, and kept me informed thru the day. They located and fixed the issue and then told me the sheetrock guy would be out to put all that back. Anthony called or texted the night before each time to let me know what time to expect his men. Sheetrock work was amazing. Although only a part of the wall was torn out, he painted the whole wall. Looks great. And even though the shower wasn't the issue, I'm having them back out to quote replacing it.

I contracted Butler to change an existing spare bedroom closet on the first floor into a space for both a closet and a stackable laundry unit. I didn't want to keep having to use the big laundry units in the basement due to some health issues and problems I was having dealing with the steps. Anthony and his team were a pleasure to work with on this project. They were professional and considerate of my opinions. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and respectful of my property. The construction site was kept very clean and they made sure no debris was left out overnight. This project involved all trades including carpentry, plumbing and electrical. They managed them all with ease. I highly recommend them and plan to use them on any future projects I may have.

Butler Building did an amazing job on our updated kitchen! Anthony and his team were very professional in communication and effectiveness. We were very impressed with how they cleaned up after everyday and didn't leave a mess. We had to add in a dishwasher, garbage disposal and over the range microwave. His team did a great job customizing the cabinets and making everything more efficient. We definitely would recommend the Butler team to anyone looking to get an upgrade!

Last year, every time it rained, water would flow down the chimney in our Great Room, soaking the ceiling dry wall until it started to to crumble. I thought the problem was our recently replaced roof. Anthony and his team worked diligently until the problem was determined to be with the chimney itself. Anthony was able to find and fix the problem with great professionalism. We have had no further problems since. I would highly recommend Butler Building to all my friends and family.
