Cabinet Conceptions

My initial experience with Cabinet Concepts, formerly the Modern Kitchen Company, was in 2007. My husband and I were renovating our house and our contractor recommended Modern Kitchen. After meeting with and receiving quotes from several cabinet companies, we chose Modern Kitchen, based on their knowledge, professionalism and competitive pricing. I recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa Turner, when I called to get some help with fixing our pull-out garbage cabinet. No sooner had I sent Lisa pictures of my original cabinet runners, that she had replaceable runners in the mail to me, at a minimal charge. I was impressed with Modern Cabinet back in 2007, and they continue to impress me. I happily recommend Cabinet Conceptions.

We hired an achitect who specialized in the preservation of older homes. We wanted our kitchen to look like it was part of the original design. So we choose to pay to have custome cabinets. We knew we would be paying more for custome made but it was worth any additional cost. The design, the quality and the customer service was worth its weight in gold. Both my husband and I have higher expectations on good work ethics, workmanship, and service and we are beyond happy with this company. Although we have high expectations, we aren't unrealistic in our belief that things don't always go perfectly and that at times changes are necessary for issues out of anyones control, and this comapny helped make it a seamless process when issues did arise. In fact, this company graciously UPS'd a new drawer due to a minor issue we had with a drawer. Our family, friends and neighbors who come into our house are in awe when we show them the various features and details of the drawers, cabinets, and island. We LOVE everthing about our new kitchen and are greatful for helping us through this process.

Sam and his team were integral to a full kitchen remodel we did in our summer cottage up in Pawling, NY. Sam worked closely with us to understand what we wanted, and brought plans that were built on our ideas, but made better by his experience. Fully customized construction,maximized storage, smooth sliding hardware and the warmth of natural cherry all came together to make a true gourmet kitchen. And the price was significantly less than another local cabinetry shop. Sam was responsive, respectful and a real pleasure to work with. We would definitely use Cabinet Conceptions again.

We really enjoyed working with Amanda, who created a new unique layout for our dated kitchen. The cabinets are the absolute highest quality with fantastic support from the manufacturer. We love our new kitchen and the end result far exceeded our expectations.

Sam provided professional service as well as thoughtful and creative ideas for utilizing all the space available within our project to make a well organized custom kitchen and laundry room space. Additionally, the craftsmanship of the product is of the highest quality and exceeded my expectations.

After meeting with many other cabinet companies and designers, I was certain Modern Cabinet was the best. From design to completion, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. It was challenging to create a design both beautiful, comfortably functional, and with a lot of storage using quality materials. Sam Schor was very creative and made an amazing kitchen for me. He also went above and beyond in adding small touches that made it all special. Would highly recommend.
