We have built or remodeled seven homes over the years and we highly recommend Mark Gonzales, a partner in Cabo Custom Homes. He built our current home while working with another company. Mark is a man of integrity who is focused on customer satisfaction. He made several suggestions to us while the home was under construction that enhanced the beauty and functionality of our home. He effectively managed and coordinated the trade contractors to complete our home in a timely fashion. Not only did we have a very short “punch” list of items at the end of the construction compared to other homes we have built, but even after we closed on our home, Mark was extremely responsive to the “punch” list items and did not quibble with our concerns. Finally, three and one half years since our closing, we do not have any complaints about the quality of the construction of our home. We highly recommend Mark to you.

Mark Gonzales and his excellent roster of craftsmen and contractors built my last house, and I could not have been happier with the results. They were all very easy to work with. Completion was on time. The inspection was flawless (the inspector said it was the most clean inspection he has ever done) and the "blue tape" walkthrough revealed only three very minor items. I highly recommend Cabo and will absolutely use them again for my next home construction.
