I ordered kitchen countertop from Cancos and my experience has been less than satisfactory. I caution others to find another vendor - very little of what they sell is proprietary and so customer service is important. First the positives: The selection of countertops was excellent for a mid range place and the pricing was within reason of others. I thought the customer service was going to be much better and so I chose them. Second, the install date came soon. The team that came was professional. And most of it was done well. One part of the countertop (we had 5 pieces) was not measured perfectly (according to my carpenter) and they didn't put it in well. Not a big deal, they can fix it with a bit of drywall and caulk. To get them to fix this was a difficult process. The sales person said talk to the shop and the shop was like deal with your sales person. On top of this I was attempting to buy another piece for around my fireplace and it's been 2 months of nothing and pestering. We know what we want and everything, they just don't care to follow up. Very disappointed. This is the southampton store, perhaps others are better. but lots of other places you can go with much less headaches.

I will not be doing any further business with them. I received misinformation and was liable to pay for over priced tile based on estimated not actual measurements. I was duped.

We installed Cancos's "3x6 Tumbled Carrara Marble Subway Tile" in the first floor bathroom on our Mount Hope Townhouse project. Cancos Tile & Stone was very communicative and provided a quality product at a reasonable price point. I would definitely use them again on future projects.

They are very helpful, patient & friendly. I went in there every week with my kids, I was so indecisive & my kids were running around like lunatics and they didn't mind! They answered all my questions I love them and would absolutely recommend them to all!
