We have wanted a front porch on our house for years. We researched and found Dave and his guys and met with him. We had them replace our windows, siding and build a porch. Our house was built in the seventies and needed some upgrades. Dave and his guys did an amazing job. His crew was very professional in all of their work. The craftsmanship in their work was like a step back in time to when craftsmen were proud of their work and put their heart into things they built. We are very happy with everything they did for us and we are thrilled with the look of our “ new house “. We have found our contractor for anything we need to have done in the future.

After reviewing work to be done, owner promised to get right back to us, but has not provided an estimate, nor will he return calls. If he did not want the job, it would have been courteous and professional to let us know this.

We highly recommend David and his crew. The workmanship on our new deck is excellent and far exceeded our expectations. How refreshing to deal with contractors that are honest, do what they say, and provide excellent product and service. Highly recommend working with Dave and his team! Work exceeded my expectations in quality, craftsmanship and aesthetics. Their experience gave us things we never would have thought to ask for. We saved and saved for our 3 season room and I'm so glad we went with Capital District Contractors.

David did a beautiful job rebuilding my screened in porch, replacing all of my windows, roofing and siding my home. He's professional, friendly, prompt, a hard worker (he runs rather than walks) and really knows his stuff. He came in under the given estimate and had the work done in a reasonable amount of time. I now want to renovate my kitchen and bathroom and will definitely be hiring David to do the jobs.
