My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Amanda Massmann, of Carpet Source is hands down the best sales representative we have. She takes a personal interest in each of our designers-not only from a business perspective but also on a personal level. Knowing that we as designer's do not have the time to wait on rug samples, she checks in on us weekly to see if we have any needs or wants. She knows our aesthetic, asks what quality and price-point we want, and translates images of color palettes to piles and piles of options for us to go through. Amanda is the definition of customer service. Carpet Source of Winter Park has been such an asset to our Designs here at Design West of Naples, Florida and our partnership with Amanda is second to none.

I have been working with Carpet Source for many years. Lou and Jeremy shop and research the perfect rug, carpet, or wood floor to fit your needs. They are perfectionists when it comes to installations, and stand behind their work and products. There is no sales pressure. Their goal is to have long term clients and happy clients.
