BathMaster

Two years ago I had a tub-to-shower conversion done by Rebath, and. they did a fine job. Last fall I decided to have a second bath done in the same way. Bathmasters rep got here first, seemed sincere, and price was okay, so I signed. The installation seemed okay at first, but soon developed problems with low-quality shower equipment and gaps in some caulking. After two weeks of evasion, false promises, and no-shows from Bathmaster, I have decided to fix it myself. In my experience, Rebath good, Bathmasters bad.

We recently had a complete bathroom renovation done by Bath Masters. Cassidy, Rob and Darcee were very professional and we are thrilled with the results. Cassidy and Rob, along with other trades people, completed their work to perfection. They showed up when they said they would and worked steadily to finish the job. Darcee worked with them and also worked to help us choose everything from paint colour, to flooring and vanity. She understood what we were looking for and helped make that part of the job so much easier for all of us. We highly recommend Bath Masters and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Cassidy and Rob renovated my bathroom, replacing the tub and installing new surround. There had been damage from a leak in the wall years ago, and they did a great job of removing all dry rotted studs, reinforcing the wall, and putting in the new items. Job well done, and the cost was very reasonable.

At first we didn’t have many issues, they seemed rather professional. After our bathroom has done nothing but fall apart ( started about two weeks after the left ), I have to change my review . I’ve had to pay others to come fix their mistakes !

Highly recommend this company. We had them remove our bathtub and replace it with a walk-in shower for safety reasons. It is a small space and there were a couple of plumbing challenges they handled very professionally. Cassidy Dahl and his crew took the vision in my head and produced it in our room. They did it with minimal disruption and were very patient with our hovering. They really care about their work and did everything to ensure we were happy with the result. It is awesome. Had two companies look at the job of installing a tub/shower surround, Bathmasters responded first with a price and was able to do the work in a short time period which met our needs. When the tenants noticed that the side wall of the surround insert was not glued to the back wall property, I contacted Bathmasters and they were able to fix the problem the same day AND they installed a second shelf unit at no charge to replace the one the tenant had installed. I would definitely recommend them, thank you Cassidy.

I called Bathmaster after another company my renovation contractor had hired simply was not providing good customer service and he was able to complete my bathroom by installing a tub surround and all the accesories I wanted. It took him just a little over a week to "fit my small project in" and he had a shower head and faucet on hand when the ones I provided did not work. This is the second time I have hired Bathmaster and would do so again.

Bathmaster is by far the best contractor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He began our renovation ahead of schedule and it was completed the same day. His work is absolutely beautiful and will recommend him to everyone we know. Great job Cassidy! We are so impressed!
