Grayden of Castle Contracting was referred by our strata manager 4 or 5 years ago when we were looking for a multi-faceted contractor for our strata property. Since my first walk around with Grayden, he has proven to be extremely knowledgeable, highly competitive in his quotes, affordable, and above all, dependable. We started using his ice and snow removal services about 3 years ago, and he not only stayed on top of the problems west coast winters bring, but came back quickly when a daytime thaw created an overnight ice problem. He has proven his dependability many times, arriving quickly on site during emergency situations, and has shown perseverance to complete any job in the most efficient, professional manner possible. I can't recommend Grayden and Castle Contracting strongly enough for your home or strata, and feel confident when I say that you won't be disappointed to bring him on board.

I have a waterline repair done by Grayden in November. The new waterline has taken an alternate route (in garden next to concrete), in order to avoid digging the whole concrete path through the garage. This was all completed within a day! Special thanks to Grayden, who is a true professional on this kind of repair. Very happy customer. Definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with the retaining wall that Graydon and his crew installed in our backyard patio. We weren’t sure if we were going to replace the old 4x6 Timbers with wood or go with Allen block, and we are so happy that we chose the blocks, it really makes our back garden looks incredible. They were true professionals, my husband is picky and had nothing but praise for the crew and the workmanship and that they came under budget was a bonus. The time line that Graydon gave was spot on, completed in one day, as promised. We would absolutely recommend Castle Contracting

They were not only very talented when it came to the construction of a stone retaining wall for us, but they were polite and courteous at all times. We were very impressed by the quality of their workmanship. We would hire them again for future projects and recommend them to anyone who wants to undertake stone work on their property. Grayden Quinn is a talented and professional manager who supervised our project. The costs for the project came in under budget. A bonus for sure.

Fantastic communication throughout, from getting the estimate to me in a reasonable manner, discussing options and where we could or couldn't save money, to giving me accurate dates for start/finish. We first had the crew re-do our backyard, installing artificial turf and a paver patio. While working on our backyard, they ran into a couple complications due to decisions made by original house builder, and all were dealt with smoothly. Anything we could think of and ask for, they did. They put down a base and moved my kids playhouse onto it. They also laid a gas line under the turf for a future gas firepit. We were so pleased with the final result and the experience that we hired them 6 months later to build a patio deck for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Grayden responded promptly to our request for a quote to complete a small patio, pathway and raised brick garden bed in our backyard. Throughout the project, he was easy to communicate with, and we appreciated that he addressed and answered our concerns and questions. His knowledge and suggestions were very helpful. He and his team were courteous, hardworking and competent. They did an excellent job, and we're very happy with our new outdoor space.

I hired Grayden to pave patio, driveway, entrance work at the doors, and backyard hardscaping (e.g. raised beds, pathways, topsoil, etc.). Grayden and his team are very hard workers. Professional, fast and reliable. Grayden is working with his client's needs and budget. Gives his professional advice on how to improve the project within the circumstances of client's situation and doesn't waste client's money. Accommodates requests on the fly and makes sure of the quality of work. Highly recommend him.

Grayden did patio,driveway and retaining wall work for us. He did a great job and was easy to work with. He worked within our budget and had a lot of great design ideas. The rep for Allan block came out to take pictures of his work and could find no flaws and had only positive things to say about the work done. We plan to call him back in the spring to work on the back yard and would highly recommend him.

I hired Grayden and his team to replace the retaining brick wall in front of my house. I had an initial budget of $1,200 for the job; I ended up spending less than $550 as they looked at the best way of completing the job at the least cost when they arrived on site. I am very impressed with their honesty because they could have told me the job will cost $1,200. They were very professional and friendly and my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work done. They showed up as agreed and completed the job within the time frame. Although this job was a small job, I will definitely use them for something bigger. They have my best recommendation.

The people are intelligent, capable and steadily worked hard in the 30 degree heat. They were consistently polite and friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Grayden did a super job removing my old cracked exposed aggregate driveway and replaced it with pavers. He also built a small retaining wall on the west side of the driveway. He was extremely pleasant and easy to get on with. A very hard worker who completed the project on time and on budget. I have had lots of good comments on the new driveway from many people and friends passing by. He also came up with some good suggestions before and during the project. I would definitely recommend him.
