Cathy Vossos

I was looking for decorating advice for my dining room, family room master bedroom and ensuite and, I had seen some of Cathy’s work at my Hair Salon, so I decided to call her. From the first consultation appointment Cathy was able to identify my style and preferences. She worked with pieces I already had and made suggestions for new additions. For the pieces I was purchasing, Cathy presented me with options related to colours, sizes, textures, finishes and prices allowing me to make selections that followed the vision and budget we had in mind. Cathy taught me some of the basic principles of decorating which will help me in making good decorating choices down the road. My family and I are so happy with the end result. When we were constructing a new house in 2012, Cathy guided us through the whole project. She offered suggestions on everything from flooring, to lighting, paint color, furniture and accessories. If we weren't sure how best to proceed, Cathy always had several suggestions for us to consider. She considered our likes and dislikes, so that our home was a reflection of us.

It has been my privilege to consult with Cathy on numerous renovations and makeovers. She is always professional, very encouraging and positive. Her kind and pleasant manner makes the whole experience fun and enjoyable. She works well within a set budget and also provides various options. She works well with other trades and professionals on the job. As far as it is in her control she does everything she can to meet deadlines. Her professional knowledge and work experience enables her to provide an excellent service.

Cathy's interior design services were outstanding in every way. Her great ideas and taste coupled with her collaborative approach made the project fun, She managed the various components, which I didn't have time for in a very dependable manner. She is a delight to work with and I could not give her and her services a higher recommendation. I look forward to working with her on any future design needs.

Cathy is great to work with, she knows my style and came up with ideas that would suit me. She is prompt in keeping appointments and is always well prepared with color swatches, samples and pictures.

I live and work in a different community from where my primary residence is. As a result I needed someone with the skill set to take my rather tired home and with very little input from us, re-do and update my home's decor gradually over a year and within a particular budget. Cathy Vossos not only accomplished this rather complicated goal but did so with an end result that absolutely blew us away. Our home now looks like something you would see on HGTV! She used mostly what was there to begin with but re-arranged things with creative genious that made it all look new again. Some furniture needed repainting (which she arranged), some needed re-upholstering and others just needed to see the inside of a refuse bin. She made those decisions keeping out budget constantly in mind. She managed to sum up quickly from our initial interviews the look we were comfortable with and as stated above, with very little input - created a home we will make memories in and treasure for years to come.
