CURRENT CLIENT*** We hired CBB in March 2021 after we had multiple pipes breaks in our house and we needed a full remodel. Here we are in May 2022, our house is NOT complete after multiple completion dates. Daniel DOES NOT answer phone calls and even blocked my number at one point. He's been working on our house for over a year and we are only about 80% completed. We have to live in our house with no complete bathroom and no kitchen. Daniel only reaches out and responds when he needs money. It's been 2 weeks since Daniel was in our house and that was to get a check and not to work. He takes your money and uses it on other projects! I'm posting this review to hopefully deter someone from hiring this company. Unless you want to get lawyers involved DONT DO IT. If things change I'll consider changing my review but until we have a better experience I'm not removing this.

I selected CBB from multiple proposals received for various renovation work. They were midrange in pricing, and seemed knowledgeable. The contract stated that work would take 6 weeks to complete. After signing, they got to work right away. Initially, things seemed ok, but then little deviations from what we agreed upon started occurring. However, given the initial conversations, I continued to trust them. Several conversations and unexpected change orders later, all work was finally completed (2 months behind schedule). Throughout the entire process, there were several moments of miscommunication, misunderstanding of initial conversations, and futile attempts to cover up wrongdoings with "freebies". We spent $61k with CBB. While some of the work they did turned out well, there were several issues that we experienced (some of which I had to remedy). Now I'm dealing with not being able to get them to come out and review an unleveled kitchen counter (still in warranty period).....
