We are repeat customers of CC Palm’s Property LLC. After they completed two projects on our home, we knew they were the right company to do a complete kitchen remodel. Let me paint the before picture of our kitchen: dingy dark cabinets, curling floor lament, and countertops held together by glue and tape. CC Palm’s Property LLC patiently worked with us to design a functional, beautiful, and affordable kitchen. They clearly explained each step of the process which was reassuring. If questions arose, no matter how big or small, CC Palm’s Property LLC answered those questions without delay. The after picture of our kitchen: white cabinets contrasted by beautiful misty gray tile with quartz countertops which have the gray veining that compliments the tile. Light air, functional, gorgeous and the crown jewel in our home. The kitchen transformation was phenomenal! We highly recommend CC Palm’s Property LLC with two thumbs up and a five-star rating.

They listened to our needs, provided expert recommendations on designs and materials, was always available to answer any questions, and did the work quickly and professionally. We purchased our home a little over a year ago. Lee and his staff removed a 20+ year-old, poorly maintained deck and built a stunning Timber Tech deck in its place. From design, through the dog days of July, to completion, the work was consistent, the communication was straightforward and personable. Lee is knowledgeable, creative and enthusiastic. I would hire these folks again.

My husband and I just got our 1st home and wanted to do a full basement remodeling. We didn't know how to go about it and honestly had no vision for the basement aside from "we just want it to look nicer, be pleasant to be in, and maybe have a pantry". After reading the reviews on many different contractors, I decided to go with LD's, and 5min into our 1st consultation, was presented with a few different ideas that sounded better than anything I could have imagined. I got a quote, was told the construction would take 3 to 4 weeks (it ended up taking 4 weeks and 1 day which I was very happy with), and scheduled the whole thing. As things were moving forward, I was always informed of what the crew is working on, what possible add-ons would be recommended, on what could I save some money, and what's the best way to take care of things. The only thing I had to worry about was choosing the flooring (which I received a website info for) and purchasing the paint. My basement looks absolutely fantastic, I've learnt quite a few new things, and found a crew I know I can trust and would hire in a heartbeat if I need any other construction work done around the house. *LD's also took care of my poor flowers I had by the front door entrance, and taught me how to take care of them properly. It was my 1st time I had flowers stay alive for more than 2 weeks (they are still doing well), which made this experience for me even more valuable.

Lee and his crew did an excellent job of completely renovating and updating my parent's kitchen which hadn't been touched since the house was built in the 80s. Lee helped us design the kitchen to our needs so that it was more open with much more cabinet space-- we have so much space now that we're still trying to fill it up! He also gave us recommendations for where we could look for flooring and counter materials (we went for granite), and even helped us to obtain multiple samples and gave us advice on how to match everything. He was also always easily accessible by phone and was always prompt with responding. His crew was professional and friendly and were at our house practically every day to work on some aspect of the kitchen. They also went the extra mile in many aspects, especially in making sure our new range hood would be able to vent outside even after multiple obstacles, and for that we are so very grateful! I would definitely recommend LD Unlimited to anyone!

Lee & his crew did a bathroom renovation. They enlarged our shower from 34 squared to 38 by 72. The whole shower was tiled as well as the shower floor and bathroom floor. Absolutely stunning how it opened the space. Lee was good at directing us keeping in mind our budget and design wishes. The plumbing and electrical was all redone and a heating unit added. He and his staff were quiet, respectful and accommodating. I would recommend them and definitely use them again!

Lee & his crew did a large renovation for us ( new kitchen, family room area, laundry room, bedroom closet & closets flanking new gas fireplace) and we are thrilled with the results. We chose Lee for the consistent details in his reviews about him having extensive construction knowledge, understanding costs/budgets & being great at problem solving. We found it to be spot on & enormously helpful in keeping our project on track. He was not afraid of a challenge, such as installing second hand cabinetry, creating hidden doors and reworking a layout for better flow. He has an eye for & enjoys the design aspect, while still keeping our budget in mind. When inevitable construction issues came up with our existing house, he was extremely helpful in problem solving and guiding us through our options. We are really happy with the end results & would definitely count on Lee & crew for future projects.

Lee and his team did a great job for our bathroom remodel, we'd recommend them to others or use them again on any future projects. We really appreciated his input on design and approach to the project, and their dependability. LD's communicated their pricing and project schedule well and particularly kept us in the loop on the timing of the project. The renovation space was always left clean at the end of each day - which was great for a longer-term renovation. Additionally, we felt LDs did things "the right way" without cutting corners - a good group and would highly recommend them!

Lee and his team are amazing! From the initial consultation to the completed project! Lee has great taste and vision for what you are truly looking for. We all want what we want but unless you are building a home from scratch, renovations can be tricky and mostly what we are all looking for is beauty and functionality all rolled into one. My expectation of this project was great but the end result was way better than I ever imagined. Amazing!! I can't believe this is my house! Lee is very knowledgeable and gives his advice from experience. He prides himself on making the customer happy! I went from old to new and I am enjoying every step of the journey. Who ever says that about a full kitchen remodel? No one that I know. Lee and his team are polite, kind and efficient. They show up when expected and work straight through the day. If you are looking for a great contractor with a great team, call Lee! I have a few more projects for him to do and I am confident that every one will be better than I ever imagined! Lee and his team are great to work with. We had our entire basement finished including adding a half bath. The communication was excellent throughout the entire project. He took some of our ideas and provided us with some of his own to come up with a game plan that tied everything together in the end. His crew was ALWAYS here on time and most of the time were early. They always put in a full day's worth of work and checked in with me at the end of the day to go over what was worked on. They always asked questions and provided suggestions if anything had to be changed during the project. He gave us an estimate on how long the project would take and finished within that window. Overall a great experience working with him.

From quote to completion LD's was prompt, professional, and responsive. The crew was early every day. When prior construction or hidden damage was discovered the team informed me of the issues and potential costs to repair. They were prepared for the challenges and made the renovation seem effortless. It is comforting to know that I don't need to search for a contactor because I will use LD's again for my next project.

Eariler, in the year, my wife and I had purchased a home and wanted to utilize the basement as an extra space. After months of searching, I came across LD's Unlimited and am glad I did. From the start, I knew I had picked the right company for the job. I showed Lee what I was interested in having done, and we worked together to achieve the ideal plan for the remodel. Lee and his crew showed up on the day he promised and every day after that until the job was done. No, no-shows or late starts, something that can be common with other companies. I couldn't believe how smoothly the whole process went, with checkups here and there to ensure I was completely happy with everything or if I had any questions with the process. In the end, the basement turned out even better than I had envisioned. The attention to detail is impeccable. Going forward, the only company I will ever use for home improvement will be LD's Unlimited and will be recommending them to anyone interested in home renovation no matter the job.

ANOTHER GREAT JOB DONE! Our second major project with Lee and his crew and they did a phenomenal job. New sliders in bedroom and sunroom, with side windows and a lot of fixing up around the edges. The crew seriously went above and beyond the original scope of the plan and the end result was fantastic. Can't say enough about how great Lee and his team are to work with, from first visit to planning to execution-- and all within budget. We already have three more big projects for them to do in the next 6 months!

Lee and his team finished our basement. Although I had the rough plans already, Lee helped with some tweaks to the design. They were there when they said they would be, often showing up early and getting right to work. The job came out great, better than I expected, and even done ahead of schedule. I'd recommend LD's Unlimited Home Improvement to my friends and family, and will certainly call Lee if I have the need for a skilled team of contractors again in the future.

YOU WANT TO HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!! Lee is amazing and his staff is fantastic! I can’t say enough great things about how fantastic our kitchen remodel came out. Knowledge—Take his advice! His suggestions for how your project could go are spot on, the course corrections he makes are great, and he clears everything with you before any changes. It seems there is nothing he can’t do in a project. Quality—He Cares! You will definitely be amazed at the outcome of your project. Small or large, Lee puts 100% effort into making sure every little thing is perfect. You WILL want before and after pictures! Price—Right on target! Lee wasn’t afraid to make a ‘ball park quote’ in our initial meeting, and when we got down to a project design and quote on paper it was right on target. With all the things that came up along the way we were well taken care of without budget issues. Staff—Best guys in the biz! Every employee or subcontractor that Lee brought in was polite, effective, respectful, and clearly cared about the quality of the job they were doing. They obviously all respect Lee immensely. Responsiveness—Efficient communication! Lee is always available 7 days a week for questions, updates, concerns, and he responds quickly and fully to any issue. Be sure to do the same and your project will be perfect! I don’t know how else I can promote the efficiency and quality of the work down by LDs Unlimited. You won’t be disappointed!

Lee has assisted me in upgrading/making improvements to my mother's home for several years now. Most recently, the house truly needed replacement windows. LD's Unlimited Home Improvement scheduled an appt to provide evaluate the project. Lee came to my mom's home, measured the windows to be replaced, and provided an estimated cost of the project. There was no pressure to have this company perform the project. Having worked with Lee before, I opted to scheduled window installation. During the installation, Lee kept me informed of any issues, ( by the way, nothing major ). The project was completed in a timely manner.

Lee and staff at LD's Unlimited Home Improvement recently installed 3 walls of windows and a door on our old sunporch. Lee was awesome to work with- beyond the knowledge and skills needed to do the job, Lee was easy to talk to, up front about costs and limitations, and he followed through on all expectations. He even came to our house on a Sunday when our new screen door wasn't closing correctly and fixed it in a few minutes. We welcome the opportunity to work with LD's Unlimited Home Improvement again.

LD Unlimited recently did our kitchen remodel in Wilbraham, MA and the expertise from Lee and his crew was exceptional. From the start of the project until the end, my wife and I felt a sense of trust, honesty, and professionalism. Lee and his crew showed up everyday on time, and their work ethic was commendable. Each day, and at the end of the project they cleaned the kitchen area exceptionally well. The timeline that Lee gave us was spot on, and they never missed a beat. I hired LD's Unlimited Home Improvement to do a complete bathroom renovation of my small master bathroom, and update the vanity, mirror and lighting in a 2nd bathroom. As a fairly new homeowner who has never done a home renovation, Lee was very helpful and had some creative ideas to guide me along in the process. My bathrooms were from the 80's and had awful seashell sinks. I now have the most beautiful master bathroom. The small stall shower with a curtain is now an amazingly beautiful tiled shower with a full wall length niche for my shower products and there is a small corner bench as well. There is also a tiled rainfall on the wall behind the shower head. The work was done in approximately 3 weeks, as promised. And everything is amazing. Lee and his crew did a great job and I highly recommend LD's Unlimited Home Improvement for any of your Home improvement needs. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I bought a house for retirement and decided to have some remodeling done before we moved in. We had a bathroom with a fiberglass tub that was failing, and no storage space. Lee listened to our concerns and helped us plan our dream bath. The result was excellent workmanship, top quality components, and a new linen closet for storage. the bathroom is beautiful and functional. Everything looks custom. I had Lee and his crew over to refinish my basement. The work and look of the basement after it was completed is absolutely amazing! Lee came to my house and gave me an estimate and timeline and followed it to perfection. Lee and his crew were always on time and very dependable. They kept me informed of what was going on and who will be at my house the entire time. I loved the fact they were very clean and thorough with every phase of the project. Lee is a true professional. A hard worker and an insightful pro. He gave us great advice and worked tirelessly to get our second floor addition finished. He also put on our backyard deck. Lee impressed me from the start. He listened to my requirements to remodel a very sad 2nd bathroom and then gave me some totally different design ideas to consider. These exceeded my original plans and made for a better use of the existing space. The quote given for the job was reasonable. They were able to start earlier than originally planned. Throughout the project his professional and friendly team took care to protect the surrounding rooms and maintained a clean work area. Problems encountered were quickly and efficiently dealt with. The end result was a room better than we ever hoped for.

Hired Lee to remove an ugly pebble stone bathroom floor, put down ceramic tile and paint walls, door and trim. He provided these services in a very timely manner. He and his crew were great to work with, professional and courteous. End result is fantastic. Would highly recommend him.

Lee was great to work with, I had him knock down a wall, rip up some tile and replace it with hardwood. As soon as he came in my house he had ideas and suggestions that I never would have thought of. He was professional, he was on time, and he did an amazing job. His communication was great; he always kept me up to date on exactly what was going on, any potential problems, and he gave his professional opinions as far as what would look best. I will definitely be giving Lee my business the next time we need some work done!

I'm a landlord with a house in Longmeadow, MA. I called and spoke to Lee at LD's Unlimited Home Improvement. Lee showed within 24 hours to look at the problem, spoke to the Landlords. He came back 24 hours later to multiple kitchen sink problems in 2 hours. Tenant is very happy as well. I would recommended Lee and his company to anybody.

Lee just finished installing 2 garage doors on a 50 plus year old garage. Prior to calling Lee I had a contractor come out who had no interest what so ever.I checked the BBB for a contractor and Lee had a A+ rating and he was my choice. We set up an appointment around my schedule and days later I had a extremely fair estimate. Knowing that the garage is 50+ years I expected additional work.Lee kept me informed of what added materials was needed. I was referred to Lee by another service provider and he did not disappoint. He was able to diagnose the problem and make several suggestions to fix it. I opted for all new siding for the house/garage and needed new stairs (which included excavation of the old ones). Lee and his crew arrived on time daily, cleaned up everything at the end of the day (so no construction materials strewn around the yard) and stayed on the job until it was complete. He worked well with other service providers who came in to deal with the stairs despite several delays that backed up his work. The end result? The project was completed on time, on budget and the house looks great. I've since referred him to several friends and I have several more projects for him for the future.

I had a small job for him, installing a picture window and shingle siding. They were able to fit me in before the bad weather & holidays. Was on time and completed the job in no time with perfection. My neighbors are jealous. I would recommend this company.

I have had this company do extensive work on my house. From a bathroom gut and redo, replacement windows, solve drainage issues on property, rebuild steps,basement redo and solve roofing issues. All work was done in a timely manner and to budget. The quality of the work was excellent. Lee was able to give great design suggestions from his years of experience. I would highly recommend this company.

Lee did a full renovation of our upper level, including two bedrooms and a bathroom. He had many design ideas and was knowledgeable in his trade. His team arrived on time each day and worked long hours. When he encountered a problem on the job, Lee came up with creative solutions. He made sure the work was done to our satisfaction and was willing to come back and fix imperfections. Throughout the renovation, Lee was readily available to answer questions. Overall, we are very happy with the work and would recommend Lee's services.

However, as we progressed with the repairs and renovations, I was so pleased with the results, that I decided to stay. I can't praise Lee and his crew enough! Replaced two windows. Installed new kitchen tile. Replaced stone flooring in front door entry way. Repaired damage caused by carpenter ants to one side of my house. Replaced roof on house. Replaced roof on storage shed and added gutter to it. Had him do work on my nephew's condo in Middletown, Ct where he installed new ceramic tile in the condo bathroom and replaced much of the floor molding., and replaced the threshold leading into kitchen. He has done much work for me. He is reasonable, on time, and has always provided value for the money I spent. I will always rely on Lee for any home repairs I need. All my dealings with him for myself and my nephew go back at least three years. The last (new roof) in June of 2015.
