We had an exceptional experience working with Crystal Clear on a major outdoor transformation that included a custom pool, outdoor kitchen, firepit, patio repaving, and the addition of a bathroom at the back of our home. From start to finish, the entire experience felt thoughtful, seamless, and truly first-class. The team was incredibly responsive and communicative, making every question and change feel easy and collaborative. We always felt informed and confident throughout the process. The crew was consistently professional and respectful of our home — from carefully maintaining a clean site each day to even helping us keep our dog safely inside, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail and care. CCSP repaired/remodeled my pool that was not built properly by another company. They had to strip my pool all the way to the gunite as the tiles were breaking apart and I was having calcium seepage. They did a fantastic job of walking me through their process, helping me choose materials and redesigning the pool, working with my landscaper and staying on schedule for the work. The pool turned out beautiful!

I have used Crystal Clear for over 15 years. They built our pool originally, and we have used them to maintain, open and close our pool over its lifetime. They have been nothing but helpful when needed and professional at all times. The service has been great and occasionally, when I need something during the weekend, they will come out to help sort the issue out. Last year we resurfaced the pool and it looks fantastic. The crew came out on a Saturday, worked through the rain and finished up on schedule. I will always recommend Crystal Celar.

Their attention to detail is beyond impressive and their customer service is unparalleled. Bruno made the design process incredibly easy. He listened to our ideas, factored in our existing space, added his own ideas and created an amazing outdoor and entertaining space. Bob and his service team are friendly and efficient. Very satisfied with all of the work on our new pool! From concept to completion, their attention to detail and full accessibility throughout the project was excellent. Vince and Bruno were so helpful in the planning process, making great recommendations on design, layout and finishes. Building a new house and including the pool in the plans, they helped us with making the the two projects work together. You are not going to get this type of complete, personalized service from the large pool builders. If you are considering a pool , definitely talk to the guys at Crystal Clear Pools.

Crystal Clear resurfaced our pool this year. The crew came in and worked quickly and got it done before Memorial Day Weekend. The pool looks fantastic.

Crystal Clear Signature Pools is the BEST of the BEST. They did an awesome job renovating our aging pool & backyard into a tranquil retreat. They are a top-notched organization who exemplifies the meaning of “customer service”. I worked closely with Vince and Bruno, who are professional, knowledgeable, prompt and just really nice guys. Everyone worked so diligently to transform our pool to faboulousness. And, most of all, they are pet friendly which is very important to me and my husband. My 2 pups can be quite a handful at times and they were always so accommodating to them during the renovations. It was truly a pleasure to work with CCS pools and I highly recommend them.

Crystal Clear just completed a renovation of our pool - which they also installed, and open and close every year. We couldn't imagine using any one else to work on our pool. Everyone we worked with was always responsive, courteous, patient, and made excellent suggestions while still incorporating our desires. They communicated with me regularly, letting me know of delays in schedule, when they would be on site, and quickly responded to my questions. We are thrilled with the finished product. I love these guys and would recommend them to anyone.

CCS Pools not only built us a pool, they walked through each step of the process to ensure that we were comfortable with each step from design to finishes. They provided many suggestions along the way that ultimately made our pool and landscaping integrate with our home and yard. The pool is built well with amazing finishes and the landscaping makes it feel like the pool was always a part of the yard. All of the employees and workers were so kind and helpful throughout the process. All changes (design, cost, schedule) were communicated along the way and were respectful of our budget and time schedules. The owner of CCS Pools (Vince) was always available and making sure any concern by us was addressed. He was always bringing the guys lunch and would suprise us with donuts for the kids. Very Kind!
