We purchased a Cedar Knoll home in Pine View Estates in Oxford Pa. I can easily say that Cedar Knoll is not only the best builder by far but made the complete transaction in a very busy housing market stress free. Both Doug Chase the realtor and Matt the mortgage broker were terrific.

I highly recommend Cedar Knoll to anyone looking for a custom home builder. You will appreciate both their craftsmanship and integrity. They were a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. They helped work through many challenges we faced with approvals before we could build our custom home on our own land. We also had a condensed timeline for building due to a nature conservation requirement and they worked hard to ensure we could meet the aggressive timeline. They were patient and understanding with many design changes that we made along the way to ensure we got it right. Their team worked with us to build the home that was perfect for our family. We love every aspect of our new home thanks to their attention to detail. Even after their work was complete, they have continued to provide support to us ensuring that we are fully satisfied and helping to resolve any questions or concerns along the way. Cedar Knoll has been excellent to work with throughout the entire process. Our family enjoyed the design and building phases immensely thanks to their team of qualified, knowledgeable and caring employees.

We designed a custom home with Cedar Knoll & then bought a lot in London Bridge. We were always happy with our home & Cedar Knoll was extremely professional & kind. One time after our year punch list was over I backed into my garage. I called them right away & asked if they could fix the garage door. They came over instantly, hammered it out and never charged me a dime. Everything was fixed on the punch list in a year and the men always showed up on time. I would give more stars if allowed. We recently have designed 5 homes since then with different builders. One for my family & 4 other homes to flip. I’m writing this review because Cendar knoll is great. I especially know now after dealing with so many builders.

Building with Cedar Knoll was a pleasure start to finish. Their entire staff inspires trust and confidence, the whole neighborhood was impressed with their crews on a daily basis. Cedar Knoll's attention to detail and and high quality work resulted in a finished product I take a lot of pride in. If I ever build another house, Cedar Knoll will be the builder, without question.

We bought our home 5years ago at Honeycroft Village. We liked the look of the community and the great location. We also liked the style of the house and the quality of workmanship. We bought the model and Cedar Knoll Builders finished our basement in exactly the time we agreed upon. They did an excellent job and we appreciated their courtesy and willingness to answer all our questions. They rectified any problems quickly and to our satisfaction.

"Cedar Knoll Builders built us a home of the highest quality and were a pleasure to work with. We have built custom homes four times; in North Dakota, South Carolina, Florida and now with Cedar Knoll in Pennsylvania. I have been in my Cottage home for a little over 2 years now and I am just as excited to "come home" now as I was when I first moved in! The materials used and quality of construction created a home that reflects the knowledge and experience of the builders and the creativity and comfort that they allowed me to work with them on during the building process. I could not be more pleased with my home, so much so, four months after I moved in, I talked my mother into moving in - down the street. :)

Building a home is a daunting task that can become overwhelming without good guidance, trust in the builder and a mutual understanding what to expect. Cedar Knoll Builders delivered on all three aspects needed to make our future home the one we envisioned. They respected us by answering all our questions no matter how trivial they might of been or how busy they were at the time. The product they present to the market is one of quality which runs though out the entire process; from the signing on to build, the explanation of the building process, the care given to detail and the workmanship of all contractors. In the fast paced world of today, it was reassuring knowing that Cedar Knoll Builders relies on the tried and true service of delivering quality as it's trademark.

Cedar Knoll Builders is a talented building team. We have an old 1802 log home which Cedar Knoll builders renovated. This company knew how to reconstruct our home to stay in keeping with its historical features. The employees and subcontractors were respectful and trustworthy. This company aims to please. We love our home and highly recommend this building company!
