We had a very positive experience with Cellar Ridge Construction. The company's focus on high quality, energy efficient construction and positive reputation where the primary reasons we selected Cellar Ridge Construction. We started our build while we lived out of state. Our Project Manager Carson Benner kept us informed throughout the build. He worked seamlessly with our architect, the Cellar Ridge Crew and subcontractors to create our dream home. We hired Cellar Ridge to build a custom designed house two years ago. They did a wonderful job. Our house was on a tight budget and they were able to work with us through many iterations and the final house was well constructed and beautiful. Our project manager Zack was responsive, easy to communicate with, and did a good job coordinating among all parties. Communications on unexpected issues and items were clear and in time. They completed the construction in 9 months, mostly on time and on budget. They value and take pride in their quality work. We have been living in the house for a year and half now and we love it. So far we have not encountered any problems with the house.

The Cellar Ridge team completed our Earth Advantage Net Zero/Platinum Certified infill home in November, 2013. Carson Benner, John Mead and the Cellar Ridge team are outstanding professionals. Their exceptional level of communication through the design and build phase of our project helped us achieve our goal within budget and before schedule. I highly recommend the Cellar Ridge team.
