My job site was 400 miles from my home so doing a major remodel required good communication and trust that what was agreed on would be done as discussed for the price quoted. I quickly learned that I had made the right decision in hiring Chad. My remodel included popping out a couple walls to create a dining area, building a completly new kitchen, renovate and tile bathroom, add several full log structural beams, including log beams to ceilings, replace all windows, replace all interior and exterior doors, all new interior wood trim installed and everything stained or painted. Add to that residing the exterior with split logs and installing River Rock on the foundation walls. All this work was done beautifully, on time and on budget. I was only able to go up to check on the progress and make decisions a couple times and each time was a positive experience. I have done other remodels but not with this distance. Let me just say how nice it it is to work with a contractor that is honest, has integrity and takes pride in his work. I will forever be grateful that Chad did my job.

Chad built a pantry in my kitchen since it was built without one. After he reinstalled the trim and crown molding, you couldn't even tell that this was an addition - it looks just like it was built with the house! Project was completed within timeline, and exactly within estimated budget. I'm already talking with him about my next project - a sunroom addition to the house!! Can't wait!
