The Light House

We have had only good experiences with our purchases at the "Light House"! We bought a chandelier which was installed beautifully, and we had ordered a mirror which was delayed and we had to cancel the order which we were able to do without any problems. Great store with excellent customer service!

The Light House has a fabulous selection of lighting and fans and the staff was knowledgeable friendly and helpful. I was also very impressed with the very reasonable prices. On a final note, they have a very up-to-date LED lighting department.

We are doing a complete renovation of our new home. We needed some expert advice on the lighting aspects of the job. We called the light house and spoke to a gentleman named rick sprague, who came to our new home and gave us the advice that we needed in regards to art lights, etc. He was very thorough in explaining the differences in various types of lighting. We found him to be a most professional, knowledgeable and efficient lighting expert. Rick wrote up an order and within two days we had the confirmation that the order had been placed. We were very pleased with the service that the light house provided. We highly recommend them. And we intend to use them in the future.

We replaced 4 stone post lanterns, 1 medium, height approximately 25" , 2 large, height approximately 28-30" and 1 sconce mounted by the double door front entry, approximately 29" in height. The Lighthouse had more selections both in house and online for making choices. They were efficient in ordering and reordering a replacement for glass broken in shipping. Suggestions, especially regarding finishes and colors to most compliment the location of installation were particularly valuable and appreciated.

I purchased several items from this company and found them to be very professional. Their showroom is fantastic for all lighting needs. Their staff is very helpful when it comes to researching products, recommending products, and demonstrating products. I will buy all of my lighting needs from them.

Caroline, Neal and Rick were a pleasure to work with throughout the selection process of electrical fixtures, lighting components and the entire electrical network we established for both the inside and outside of our home in Rancho Mirage.
