I hired Charlotte for custom draperies for my little apartment. She was so nice to work with and went above and beyond to please me. My custom draperies are beautiful and perfect! I highly recommend Charlotte’s Interiors in Crossville, Tn. I hope to do business with her again.

Charlotte and Randy did an amazing job on my master bedroom and bath. They took my furniture pieces turned a cold room into warm and inviting place that I can retreat to at the end of a long day. They took what my vision was and added their great style, we love it!!! And will be using them again when we get ready to do another part of the house.

Is there a higher score then 5 star? From start at the Peavine store with Jackie to finish with the rest of the Charlotte’s interior staff was nothing but Superb. They all listen to everything you say from colors to comfort to budget and style. Their one on ones and visit to your home and focus on quality and your needs is something I have never experienced in the furniture business. Even though I said start to finish, I will most likely never be finished. Their accessories and individual support of your personal needs are unparalleled in the industry. The BEST !!!!

We've worked with Charlotte and her team on three occasions and from the get go we learned we could rely on her decorating sense and trust her recommendations regarding style, color, and quality products. We have never been disappointed. Our latest project was to replace some window treatments with Hunter Douglas Silhouette window shades. These are very stylish shades and allow us to effortlessly manage light and privacy at the same time. Based on their recommendation we chose sheer S-shaped vanes that allow diffuse light into tour room or we can totally block the sun as necessary on our west facing window. What's more based on their recommendation we also chose battery operated mechanized blinds remotely controlled that allow me to adjust the blinds from my easy chair as the sun intrudes and we couldn't be happier. Great advice; greatly appreciated.

Charlotte designed a gathered valance style we liked. Her staff fabricated the valances in her downstairs shop and Charlotte and her staff personally installed them. I worked with Jackie on updating my home and was very pleased with the way she listened to and worked with my preferences on the project rather than trying to push her own. If she felt something would work better than what I was looking at she would give me her opinion but always left the choice up to me. She, Charlotte and Randy are all very professional and easy to work with and I absolutely love the look they have helped me achieve!

This is the second large project that we have presented to Charlotte's Interiors. She turned our beautiful new house into a warm, friendly and inviting home. She and her staff have fabulous knowledge of fabrics, furniture and colors. Besides her artistic ability, she also honors her appointments and promises. If she says she'll be there at 10, she's usually right there at 10. If something prevents it, she calls so you sit around fuming and wasting time. My husband and I love the home she created for us. We're proud and happy!

I really appreciated how professional Charlotte was to do business with. I had a going away party planned for a couple of weeks after I placed an order for curtains with Charlotte. She went above and beyond to assure I had the curtains in place for my party. The quality of their work is excellent. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Charlotte's Interiors! Although, we loved our beautiful new home, we also knew that we had taken it about far as we were capable from a decorating standpoint. We had heard good things about Charlotte's and began working with Randy Dalton. He did a wonderful job of listening to our wishes and desires and started pulling together some ideas for us to consider. He brought forth ideas and items that we would have never thought of and we immediately liked and approved the majority. There were a few instances that we asked for additional options and he was quick to find some alternatives that totally hit the mark! Randy and Charlotte spent an entire day hanging window treatments and pictures, placing decor items and making sure everything was exactly as we wanted. They always made the selection process easy and convenient for us. During the process, I think we met all of the Charlotte's employees and each one is so gifted and talented and just a pleasure to work with. We found the prices very good for the quality that you get. We highly recommend that you consider Charlotte's Interiors for any of your decorating needs - big or small. My experience with Charlotte and her staff was excellent. I feel she immediately knew what I wanted to accomplish. She transformed my living and dining rooms into places that I love to be in.

I first met Charlotte in 2005 when we were adding a bedroom to our home. I was not sure what color scheme I wanted to use and with her help we decided on cobalt blue and a light yellow. She did the window treatments with yellow and blue fabric and the cafe part with ivory lace, the dust ruffle was the same with an over skirt of the same lace. She included the comforter and various throw pillows. She also work in the bath which has four windows. In 2014 I wanted to update the living room and Dining room. I walked into her shop and she had an orange couch and turquoise chair and thats how we decided on a new color scheme. Painted the paneling light ivory, window treatments in living room has seafoam with the turquoise ivory and light orange. She found me a new TV unit and a wonderful hat rack with seat. I purchased two side cabinets from her. She stayed with the same colors in the dining room and found me wonderful rugs for both rooms. In 2017 I had new floors put in the two master suites and she got me rugs for both rooms and she suggested that I really did need new window treatments in the downstairs bedroom and bath. It has all turned out beautiful. She and Randy are wonderful to work with they work well together. I would recommend them to everyone. Her shop is a wonderful experience makes you want to change everything.
