CH Construction

We built our home almost 30 years ago and it needed a few improvements and updates. We contacted CH Construction about the possibility of working with us and Brandt’s response was very timely. We would like to applaud Brandt on his exemplary communication skills. Whether it was by phone call, email, text, or in person, Brandt always communicated comprehensively throughout the project to ensure we were on the same page. Brandt’s carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills were exceptional. He is very dedicated to doing everything right. Brandt and Lauren did a great job renovating 3 bathrooms for us, updating our staircase, installing new windows, and changing out numerous light fixtures/ceiling fans, as well as helping us change out a kitchen cabinet/desk to install floating shelves. We really appreciated their professionalism, as well as their friendly and warm personalities. We would definitely contact CH Construction again for any of our future renovation needs.

Brandt is an awesome craftsman who has an eye for detail. He and Lauren are knowledgeable and talented in all aspects of building. We couldn't be more pleased with how our sunroom turned out.

The Hall family are wizards with wood. They can see the finished job before the project starts. They are adaptable, work within the parameters, help to save you money and are reliable. They know the local codes and know the tricks of the trade to get the project completed. They have done 3 different projects for us. A 16 x 12 covered side porch, a 10 x 14 side pergola and rebuilt a 700 sq./ft. back deck using Azek with a 10 x 10 pergola. I highly recommend them.

Great job! Very clean workers. Would definitely use again. We had termite damage along a wall and they fixed it just like it did before the damage.
