FIVE STAR KITCHEN & BATH

In January 2020 we engaged Five Star Kitchen & Bath to completely remodel our 3 bathrooms and powder room and they started their work as promised in March 2020 immediately before the COVID pandemic exploded in Ketchum and all construction was ceased. Despite the interruption caused by the pandemic John and his team of sub contractors completed the project on time and under budget! John’s project management skills and continuous diligence during the project was the key reason for a well done and successful project. During the design phase of the project John was instrumental in assisting us with decision making and had some very good suggestions regarding design concepts and alternatives. John’s relationship with subs in the valley made it very easy for us to view and select materials for the project. Follow up after completion with minimal touch ups, etc. were addressed by Five Star and their subs in a very timely and professional manner. We could not be happier with the outcome.

With a name such as "Five Star Kitchen & Bath", one would have to have a terrific reputation to live up to...and do they ever! Jenni Conrad exceeded our expectations from the design phase with her keen, artistic eye for function & style to her well organized, timely-run construction phase for our new kitchen and laundry room. Every Friday afternoon we received a "Progress Report" showing what work was completed and what was in progress - and with photos. The end result is so beautiful, so well done...all this under budget and earlier than we expected. We highly recommend Jenni Conrad and her Five Star Kitchen & Bath team of professionals. Not only did they have our best interests in mind, but they are all delightful people to work with - very deserving of FIVE STARS!.

Renovation was a full kitchen remodel with miscellaneous cabinetry and carpentry. Quality of work was excellent, budget was met and project was finished on time. A five star experience.

Love our kitchen and bath remodel! Jenni and John were organized, communicative and spot on their estimate. Enjoying the holidays cooking in our quality, efficient kitchen! Definitely would recommend this high integrity duo!
