I started working Cheryl in 2002 when we built our home. She brought wonderful ideas and a calm presence that is much needed in new construction. After we moved into our beautiful new home she happily assisted in providing that special touch to finalize rooms once furniture started to arrive. We had several pieces custom made and it was wonderful to see the plans come together. In 2024 we decided to refresh the house by remodeling the kitchen and Master Bedroom suite. I was so happy to find that Cheryl was available to help us again. It took months to decide on materials, colors, changes to appliances and Cheryl was always ready and willing to help in making those final decisions. So much had changed since our initial construction and I was so relieved to have Cheryl’s guidance through this process. I would highly recommend Cheryl. She worked seamlessly with our Contractor and she had excellent suggestions for the various subcontractors and fabricators that worked on the design side. Both my husband and I are so pleased with our refreshed home and it was so much fun to work with Cheryl again.

We hired Cheryl to redesign our master bathroom, which had become practically unusable, and we truly didn’t know where to start. She came in with a fresh vision and completely reconfigured and reimagined the space into something both beautiful and functional. Her eye for detail is incredible—the finishes and fixtures she guided us toward are stunning, and everything works together so seamlessly. We’re still amazed at how she transformed a once-frustrating room into one of our favorite spaces in the house. Excellent, professional design help with a new construction residential project. The end product was just what we wanted. Cheryl brought many ideas and products to the table that were incorporated into the house.

Designing and building a custom home requires assistance from both a custom home builder with lots of experience and an interior designer who has great vendor relationships, is very 'up" on the latest materials, vendors, and technology, to help someone design their special place. Cheryl is that kind of designer. Cheryl is an artist with great listening skills, excellent artistic skills, and an in-depth knowledge of construction and products. She travels worldwide to see the products and how they are produced, which is extremely helpful when building your unique dream home. She is very organized, which is critical when creating and needing to meet ordering and delivery deadlines for features such as windows, doors, and cabinets. Building is stressful and Cheryl is a calming influence and simply a delight to work with. The amount of time she saved us, bringing samples of everything to us, discussing the pros and cons of each product, introducing us to new products resulted in a home we love and plan to live in for a very long time. We have worked with Cheryl on many projects with many budgets and have always been happy with the end result. We are happy to recommend her to anyone looking to design and build or to renovate their existing home.

We were introduced to Cheryl by the real estate agent from whom we bought a piece of property. The agent went to an open house where Cheryl had worked with the builder on some design work. The agent sent us the listing so we could see Cheryl's work, and we loved all of the design elements within the home. We started working with Cheryl from the beginning of our project, so we were able to get her input on the architectural design, the build aspect, i.e., cabinets, closets, flooring, tile, slab, paint, bath hardware, etc. We continued working with Cheryl on furnishings and window coverings. Cheryl was able to take our vision and make it come to fruition - we wanted a contemporary, yet comfortable home. Her attention to detail was amazing, particularly when it came to cabinetry and tile. She provided some very creative design recommendations which helped us achieve the contemporary, yet comfortable feel we were going for. She worked well with our architect and our builder, and she was open to and would incorporate feedback from all parties. Her experience was evident as she always seemed to be one step ahead of where we needed to be during our build which helped everyone stay on track. The end result of our build, thanks to Cheryl, was a smooth process and a beautiful home. We would, without a doubt, work with Cheryl again and would highly recommend to her anyone looking for the highest quality design professional.

We worked with Cheryl on an extensive remodel of a 6,000 sq ft home in the neighborhood of Saddlehorn in Reno, NV. To Start, Cheryl helped us bring together our dream design by providing many options and thoughtful insight. We were able to visualize the design through design software that helped immensely. Second off, Cheryl helped us navigate the difficult remodel process by organizing all of the moving parts with contractors and furniture delivery. I purchased a new home in Reno and needed the help of a designer to create an interior design plan. Cheryl was referred to me and we immediately got to work. Cheryl works in a very collaborative fashion. First we set up the parameters of the project.. I needed help choosing all the lighting for the home, drapery and blinds, custom fit floor rugs, furniture, mirrors, custom cabinetry in office and closet and even bedding and towels. We worked our way through the list in order of longest lead time. Cheryl is exceptionally good at lighting design. I now have a stunning group interior lighting pieces; all designed specifically for the space and lighting requirements. She selected two beautiful custom-sized floor rugs for my entry and living room. The drapery in my primary bedroom is one of a kind custom with fabric from Italy. The finished home is soothing, airy, and inspiring. Cheryl is extremely organized, punctual, and kind. She supervised and scheduled all the vendors for me. She kept me updated with schedule and photos regularly. Her communication is A+. It was a joy to work with her and I would use her again on any project that may come up.
