We just completed a whole-house renovation with Christin Homes. We cannot say enough good things about the owner, Chad, and the work he did on our home. He is a true craftsman and he cares about his work and your home - a quality that is sometimes hard to find nowadays. The renovation process can often be daunting, but trust that you are in good hands with Christin Homes.

From the minute we met Chad, the owner of Christin Homes, we knew we had found our builder. Chad took the time to fully understand our unique needs and requests and came back with a plan that was perfect for us. He was very professional, responsive and kept us posted on progress throughout the building process. He provided guidance and suggestions on selections and gave us feedback along the way. We have been in our home for 5 years now and have been thrilled with the quality. Any time we have a question he immediately responds and points us in the right direction. He is a top quality builder we would use again and often suggest to others.

We contracted with Christin Homes for a very large remodel of our lake front home. Chad is extremely hands on and involved with every step of construction. He is very helpful with the decision process, a problem solver, has great attention to detail and is a very knowledgeable builder. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for a new build or remodel.

Chad takes building a home very personal - he spent a great deal of time with us initially understanding all of our personali goals with our new home. He worked hard to ensure our desires were met within our budget. Chad builds a quality home and doesn't hesitate to share his professional advice and suggestions. We have built three homes before this one and this was by far our best experience and best fit for our needs thus far. We love our new home!

I couldn't ask for more: honest, kind, resourceful, respectful, tidy, transparent, amazing subcontractors with similar values, and most of all a gorgeous end-product!! I have worked with Chad Christin twice now on an older home where everything we do yields new discoveries and requires custom woodwork and precise attention to detail. Chad gets that. He respects the home, the neighborhood and the era, so I don't have to hover. He doesn't get flustered by changes on the fly. I receive constant compliments from neighbors and passers-by on our last project replacing the exterior wood siding, woodwork and front entry. I don't think of Chad as the contractor, he's been my partner on this house! I have two more projects on the house planned, and the only thing I know for sure is who will be doing them.

Chad has done an icredible job building our new house. He pays attention to detail and has a good eye for design. He is honest and hard working. I've really enjoyed getting to work with him.
