The owner of this company Mr. Claudio Limpias was suppose to build a deck at my house. I paid him $4000.00 on April 2013. He was suppose to get all the permits from county and assocation. He did play a lot of games here and there, every 2 months he was asking for extra money more than what we signed and agreed on the contract. One time he said I bought all the materials, they are in the storage. One day he said I returned all the materials. How you can buy the materials, cut them all in different sizes and later on to return them. When I complained, he involved his father in this business who doesn't speak english. He said you have to talk with my father because I got this job for him, if I wanted to work myself, the total price whould have been $3000 more than what I gave you. This is illigal, he can not get a job and give it to his father, whom I never met him til the day he started to work in October 2013. How I can talk with his father even I don't speak his language and never did sign any contract with him. These are all fraud. He worked a couple of days, as soon as I was going to work he was leaving too. Later on he was telling I did work all day. I was shy to tell him that I daughterr came home from school at 2:30 nobody was here. He does all the talk, signs the contract, takes the money, then involves his father who is working under his license, which it is illegal. After 14 months he has not build anything in my back yard and doesn't want to return my money. Watch these two (father and son) people and never trust them. Don't buy any headeaches for yourself before they take your money away from you.
