We would not know what to do with our pool, if it weren't for Tim and Concrete Concepts & Design. We would most likely either have indoor /outdoor carpeting surrounding our pool or we would have used the pool company. Tim walked into a nightmare, we never dreamed he would have the ability , and know how on how to fix it. Apparently, the pool company didn't notice that we have a terrible water condition. I'm assuming because the pool alone cost 135,000$ is the reason they "missed it." Tim came in and saw the water table was unlevel, he then dove to the bottom and checked the valves that are designed to allow water pressure to be dispersed by a flange that opens and closes as needed. The issue was the drain, or pump the pool company installed below our pool was disconnected. The only thing that could be done was cutting a hole in the bottom of the pool, Reconnecting the pump to the hose or PVC, and pouring the cut out and re-plastering it so it wasn't an eye sore. Tim came with 2 professionals who specialize in this type of fix, they worked tirelessly, made all the necessary fixes and improvements. Within 1 week of having a pool with a 4' hole at the bottom, it was fixed, pump was pumping and we could order the water to fill the pool. If this wasn't amazing enough, Tim, attempted to give us a massive discount on the pool deck, however we did not feel that would be fair to him. He is persistent, just not as persistent as me;) Tim and his team are the best! Literally, there is nobody who understands this business, his craft more than him. We have a beautiful, custom stamped pool deck with lights that are embedded into the concrete, he is such an honorable person , my husband and I can't thank him enough. Tim, on behalf of my family and myself, you are always welcome to our home, we would not know what we would have done if you weren't recommended to us! Highly Highly Recommend , you will be missing out of the best company working magic right in front of your eyes!

In May of 2020 this company installed a pool deck with stairs that attach to our home. The cost of the deck was an out $15,000. I have invoices to support the amount. After completion of the deck, there was an overflow cap that was partially installed, they were supposed to come finish it after the summer season. That never happened. The following March, 2021, I reached out to the company because I noticed flaking, spalling and ask about the cover. I was told that there was an issue with the sealant used, happened to other clients, needed to find out how to remedy. After asking about the fix throughout that summer, it now became a story that he noticed the concrete flashing as it was being poured. He stated that he contacted ******************************* and they said it should be fine no real issues. I reached out again in October 2021 and he now said that he would have to rip out the whole thing the following spring. And that ****************************** was going to cover the cost of the concrete. Spring of 2022, I was horrified to see the flaking, s falling, substantially worse and Cracks throughout the deck. Was put off again, needed to talk to concrete company. I subsequently reached out to that concrete company to confirm that they were on board, and I got a very angry message that I messed everything up and they would have to work hard to mend that relationship. To this day nothing has been fixed. It has been an emotionally and mentally exhausting situation. Do not use this company!

Without getting into specifics you will never meet a more genuine company who gives to the less fortunate, who has always tried to leave a customer with a focal point or a centerpiece that is completely 100% free, I’ve never seen anything like it , this is why we have signed them to a major commercial project that will catapult them even further than they are now!!!

No communication and we have been left in the dark as to when our project is going to be completed. I am very sad this did not work out. I read some of his reviews and they were mostly positive. I just wish we had the same experience. We have a mess in our yard, no timeline as to when our patio will be sealed and no timetable as to when our spa surround will be done. It’s unacceptable.

The quality of the craftsmanship is enough for me. On top of amazing concrete work, Tim is one of the most kind, respectful, and attentive contractors I have worked with. You are guaranteed to get that little extra that makes the job go as comfortably and smoothly as possible.

I have used CCD twice, one for a front stoop area and this time for a back patio. Tim and his crew used stamped concrete and we couldn’t be more happy. The concept design and outcome were perfect. His price was perfect for our budget also. Tim cares about his work and it’s shows. Tim also cares about his customers which makes me as a customer feel comfortable that the job will be done right.

Tim and his crew are hard working and do fantastic work. We had them create a stamped concrete patio around our pool and we absolutely love it. They ended up adjusting the project based on a pre-existing paver desk and I'm so glad we did as it came out great. Tim's a great guy and even loaned a few tools to me so I could do some other related work around my house. Not many companies would do that. I recommend them highly and you won't be disappointed.

This is a crew of hard working men, who even in cold temps completed my request for a walkway from my house to screenhouse. They also put new stairs in - having to carry the buckets of concrete to the area in which they were needed as the truck could not access that part of the yard. Tim even added a sun design ( which I LOVE) down by the screen house! They used every bit of sunlight they had, working after the sunset if they needed too! If you have a project and are looking for a good, hard working knowledgeable crew- this is the place! I would ask them back in a heart beat for any future project that may come up.

Installed a cement slab floor in dirt basement .The entire job took three days from start to finish. Finished the job on time! The job came out much better than I had expected it to! Tim did an excellent job answering all the questions I had. Some small unexpected issues came about and Tim took care of it and got the job done! Great company I’d definitely rehire for future work and recommend to friends! Reasonable prices, excellent work! Very professional!

We hired CCD to pour our basement floor in our new home. Tim and his team were punctual, showed up when they were scheduled to be there and were extremely helpful. Tim provided guidance as quite frankly we had no idea what we were doing! They handled the drainage, cosmetic aspect and helped us with looking into what we might want for the space in the future so we could add those items in at a much smaller cost than after the fact. Because Tim and his team did such a great job we hired them to do a number of other items including our double sided floor to ceiling fieldstone fireplaces, our decorative stone in our kitchen and our bathroom. We have also made plans to have him do our outside entertaining space when out budget is achieved. It's very difficult, especially these days, to find an honest, bone-crushing, hard working guy who is willing to go the extra mile for you as a client. If you are looking for impeccable work ethic and ever better quality to his work look no further.

Tim and his crew did a fantastic job. We LOVE our stamped concrete patio. The colors are just right and so is the pattern. He was able to stain our old concrete that connects to the patio so it flowed. The communication and customer service was top notch. I highly recommend them.
