Construct Design did a major remodel of our 1948 home in NE Portland. Our project was challenging because we wanted a bigger kitchen and bathroom but did not have much space to work with. She helped us brainstorm and estimate the cost of many ideas and finally landed on the perfect approach. We now have an amazing new kitchen and spa-like bathroom. We hired CONSTUCT Design twice for two distinct remodels on our 1903 house. Adrienne’s vision to transform our historic home with modern flow and refined touches was born from her ability to listen and understand how we lived in our space. She gave us choices that fit our budget and was a steady hand throughout the entire demo/buildout and through to the final finishes. She advocated for us in any questions with the contractor and made the transition seamless.
