Corey did a bathroom remodel for us. He created a design plan, budget and time-line. Working on an old house he had unforseen floor joist replacement,but worked to keep us updated on additional cost. Corey did an outstanding job in a tough COVID environment. Don’t start a remodel project in a pandemic unless you are prepared for an extended schedule. Cory did well managing an uncertain delivery schedule complicating labor schedules. Amid all of that he came in under his budget estimate by almost 10%. The quality of his work and the work of his subcontractors was top notch. Of particular note are his electrical and landscaping sub contractors. The electrical contractor looked at the room addition, designed a lighting system that was perfect for the new room and fixed some wiring issues in a 70 year old farmhouse while he was at it. The landscape contractor did such a good job on the paving bricks that we did away with the concrete design and did the whole outside area with paving bricks. All we can add is thanks Corey.

Cory has done three projects for us. First, a deck and pergola. Then, replaced a window with a door out to the deck. Lastly, he completed a master bath remodel. In all the projects, we found Cory to be very professional, detailed and easy to work with. He provides a time line and detailed line by line bid. I especially liked how the weekly draws directly corresponded to the line by line bid. Cory is responsive to the homeowner and gets back to you in a timely manner. This contractor was hired to replace siding, windows and deck handrails in 2019. This year, we plan to hire the contractor to complete the remaining window replacements. Cory replaced 6 windows in a house I own in ID. I live in FL but was able to easily communicate with Cory and make the arrangements to have the job completed while I was in ID. His suggestion as to a particular type of window to use easily solved a problem we had with intense sunlight entering the house and overheating the second floor. The job was done in a professional manner and Cory is one of the easiest contractors I have ever worked with. He kept me informed as to the progress of the job even though it was a very small project for him. The price for the installation of the windows was excellent. I intend to engage Cory's services in completing other tasks that need to be done at my ID house. I have not been able to talk him into coming to FL to work on my house in that state.

Corey Rainwater Construction was an excellent company to deal with. He provided my family with excellent suggestions for the new windows based on our concerns. He worked with us to set a schedule for ordering the windows and got them installed in a timely fashion. The pricing of the windows was reasonable for three sets of double hung windows. The windows were replaced last May and have helped to keep the upstairs cooler during the summer months and warmer this winter. Mr. Rainwater and his crew were professional and pleasant to deal with. We were very pleased with the replacements and look forward to working with this company in the future as we replace more windows in our home.
